oof...not worth it
too much to list... - bed was visibly indented on one side only - used towel hanging in the bathroom still, dried red something(blood or paint?) on floor - toilet seat was not fastened to the toilet bowl... - all furniture was heavy damaged, scratches, dried paint - noise, noise, noise... - comforter had lines/stains on one corner, but on the inside - bed skirt wasn't even on all the way

My room was double booked. While I was in my room, someone else walked right in with the key card. Later on, about 2a.m. the front desk came up to my room asking who I was and when did I check in. What a terrible experience.

Run down hotel
Difficult to call for shuttle from airport. Difficult to get in shuttle They did not have a stepstool to use. They gave us a key to an all ready occupied room and had to.return to check in desk. An elevator was not working and had to use steep steps . Room had no cups in bathroom. Only 2 paper coffee cups to use. . Blinds. were broken. No hangers in closet. Very noisy room for traffic and door closings in hallway. Television did not work well This was the worst hogtel we have stayed in and it cost us $177! Unfortunately we have a reservation for March 13 when we retun from our Europe trip.

The description is incorrect with regards to parking. The parking is not free. I had to find parking on the street. The room was terrible and not clean a tissue was stuck inside of the peep hole on the door. The customer service was terrible the she was very rude about the parking and stated they tried to change it o line and it wouldnt change. Overall not a good experience and not a good hotel.

Receptionist was nice and helpful. I wanted to know where can I get food and she gave me some great recommendations. The only downfall is the walls are paper thin, there was a couple arguing and I heard the whole argument at 1:30a. They have a great selection of breakfast in the morning, which was actually surprising. Parking was not bad, was able to park across the street and didn’t get a ticket. Rooms are small, but it’s ok if you’re only there for a day and that translates into only a couple hours to sleep. Very close to airport which I needed to be at by 11a, left hotel at 9:50a and was there by 10a. Will come back if necessary.

After check out hotel charge my 1 $ with out my authorization whey call to the front desk lady told me to come back and they will give me a cash back i living 150 miles away i will not drive that distance for pick up 1$ when I tell lady on phone I will report a fraud transaction she dropped phone, SO I CALL MY BANK AND I MAKE A FRAUD CLAM. COSTUMER OF THIS PLACE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS BECAUSE I THINK IS NOT HAPPENING ONLY FOR ME

Run away from this place
Do yourself a favor. Do not stay here. It’s dirty. People smoking and yelling in the hallway all night long. No key to the door. We were told that if we were locked out to see the front desk and they would let you in. People coming in and out all night long. We were told the shuttle ran every hour on the hour and it’s better off to take an uber. Disappointed in the fact that this hotel was listed on the site. The photos are a lie. I slept for 30 minutes with one eye opened. Dirty beyond repair. The place should be burned down. I would have rather slept on the floor in the airport. Rip off to give them a dime.
