Don't go there
After check out hotel charge my 1 $ with out my authorization whey call to the front desk lady told me to come back and they will give me a cash back i living 150 miles away i will not drive that distance for pick up 1$ when I tell lady on phone I will report a fraud transaction she dropped phone, SO I CALL MY BANK AND I MAKE A FRAUD CLAM. COSTUMER OF THIS PLACE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS BECAUSE I THINK IS NOT HAPPENING ONLY FOR ME

Run away from this place
Do yourself a favor. Do not stay here. It’s dirty. People smoking and yelling in the hallway all night long. No key to the door. We were told that if we were locked out to see the front desk and they would let you in. People coming in and out all night long. We were told the shuttle ran every hour on the hour and it’s better off to take an uber. Disappointed in the fact that this hotel was listed on the site. The photos are a lie. I slept for 30 minutes with one eye opened. Dirty beyond repair. The place should be burned down. I would have rather slept on the floor in the airport. Rip off to give them a dime.

Ok place to sleep.
It was very hard to hear the receptionist since it was loud in the lobby and because of the thick pane of glass in front of the desk. When we got to the room, we noticed a couple things were dirty, including stuff stuck onto the toilet seat. We asked the desk to have someone clean the toilet seat or give us wipes to clean it ourselves and they told us we could use the communal bathroom on the first floor instead even though we were on the second floor… also, the hallways and elevator smelled heavily of weed. The breakfast provided was decent, it was a tight space though. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet so we slept well. It was better than staying at the airport but not worth the amount paid.

Good from far but far from good
I’m a regular traveler here and I’ve been to this place many time but every time there’s a new staff or training staff I’ve arrived at jfk then federal circle and called the hotel i booked with shuttle the front desk lady said the shuttle will be here in like 5 minutes we’ve waited for like 15 minutes in frozen conditions and no shuttle arrived after 30 minutes and called again they said shuttle will be there in 5 minutes and hang on the phone before finishing talking to her after another 20 minutes then shuttle arrived we wasted like 1 hour in the cold and staff replied we’re sorry, there breakfast time is 6am to 9 am as we have to catch another flight we came down at 6am but no food was there and in like 15 minutes the waitress comes with her bag of food and run the coffee machine , because of this low customer service I’m not staying anymore or recommending this place again

Terrible experience at Quality Inn NYC hotel. POOR
The staffs are terrible, unaccommodating unfriendly, not helpful. I carried my bags by myself into the vehicle when I was picked up and requested for help downstairs to get to the elevator, reluctantly taking the bags down the stairs and have me carry them to my room. When I was leaving to board my flight I was struggling with my bag thru the stairs and the receptionist walked past me. A guest waiting for their cab had to come to assist me with my bag. The staffs are terrible unprofessional unfriendly and rude. The driver who brought me to the airport was the only friendly person spoke to me during the ride professionally and asked about my stay.

Shower tab does not work as a result water was leaking from lower tab . bath tub was extremely slippery and you cannot stand to take shower.

Quality Inn that had zero quality. Worst hotel.
The room was in a terrible state.
First of all the room was freezing. It took well over an hour to warm up. The grill on the heating unit was uncovered with exposed nails. (Burning hazard for children if they were to accidentally touch it)
The door did not open from the outside. Even with the master keys. Every time the staff had to use 2 screwdrivers to force the locks to unlock!
There was no stopper in the sink So if you dropped anything it would go down the drain. Literally.
The bathtub got clogged when we took a shower.
The toilet got clogged when we flushed.
There was brown stuff on the walls. Not sure what it was. I was too afraid to touch and see.
The wallpaper was peeling in several places.
We asked to change the room and they said they would fix the door but they never did.

Do NOT book this hotel
The hotel shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive. The shuttle driver parked across the street requiring me to walk across a busy street with my luggage. There was tape across my room door lock. The television is a 32 inch with marks and stickers all over the panel. Crayon markings all over the walls. The noise made it hard to sleep. I went to get a remote for my television and was locked out of my room. I was told that the door lock to my room was broken. I was told to leave my door unlocked if I needed to leave the room. The television never worked. I’m in travel healthcare. I went to the lady at the front desk at 10:30am. I informed her that I was unsure if I would be staying another night…let me check to see if my apartment is ready…she continued to bang on the door EVERY five minutes. I went to get some tea…locked my door…it took them 20 minutes using a crowbar before I could get into my room…no discount…no apologies…POOR POOR customer service!!!
HORRIBLE…HORRIBLE….HORRIBLE!!!! Do NOT book this hotel!!!!

Nice experience
Hotel is very convenient if uou have a flight to catch at jfk. Shuttle was good and driver even drop us to the terminal. Very kind stuff at the front desk was very friendly. Place is ok for a night or two. I would definitely stay again.
