Poor experience. I’ve never seen anything like this in Hilton. Got 2 star service i stead of four. The problems were:
1. Crap on the toilet
2. Crap on the toilet wall
3. No brush in the toilet
4. Empty mini bar
5. No trash bin
6. Musing toilet brush
The receptionist mentioned I should receive a 25% refund. I got no official confirmation however.
Unfortunately, I am very disappointed because of my stay in Hilton Angel.

The perfect hotel to stay in when visiting the Business Design Centre. Lovely clean and spacious rooms and really friendly helpful staff.

Decent hotel, but expect more at this price. Friendly staff, got late check-out (2pm) on arrival. The lobby area is pretty nice, but the room felt a bit outdated. The kiosk in the lobby

First time at this hotel. Location close to two tube stations so very easy to get around London. Stayed in king guest room which was spacious with plenty of storage. Very spacious and clean bathroom with shower.

No complaints about the rooms. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. However, I have only given a star rating of 2 for service as it’s ridiculous that I was charged £2 check in fee for each room because check in was at the desk. Why should I be charged for speaking to a human being? Outrageous!
