Kensington comfort
unable to check in via the app. Received instant reply to email from customer services. Was able to checkin on site easily. Large lockers are available so bags can be dropped before checkin. The room was warm, cosy and plenty of room (we were in a basement with good natural light).most of all we felt safe. Good choice of bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Perfect location for Albert hall and Kensington gardens. Tucked away off the main road in a desirable residential area.

KONUM VE KAHVESİ DIŞINDA KÖTÜ
Otelin konumu güzeldi yakında otobüs durağı ve metro hattı çok yakın. Çevresinde yemek yerleri ve alışveriş yapabileceğiniz yerler var .otelin içi tatlı sıcaktı. Otelde geceye kadar ücretsiz sürekli su, kahve ve çay ikramı vardı fakat otelde temizlik yok uzun süre kalacaklar için kötü bir durum bence temizlik isterseniz 25 pound ücret ödemeniz gerekiyor . Kahvaltı çeşitliliği azdı ve çoğu şey yenilenmiyordu 8den sonra bazı şeyler kalmıyordu . Ve en önemlisi banyo çok küçüktü akşamları banyodan çok kötü koku geliyordu duşları aşırı küçük ve su çok az geliyordu ücretsiz bir konaklama sağlasalar kalmayacağım bir otel oldu aslında otelden ziyade apart kafasıydı. Konum ve kahvesi dışında önerebileceğim birşey yok maalesef.

Jeg har prøvet bedre hotellet end dette
Hotellet er fint, men der er flere ting, man skal være opmærksom på: - morgenmad er et meget smalt udvalg af brød, to forskellige ost og lidt grøntsager. Kaffe er til gengæld ad libitum og Nespresso’s den bedste. - Du bliver spammet med henvendelser fra hotellet om at foretage en online pre-check-in på et helt uacceptabelt niveau. Den kræver både online upload af ID og kreditkortinformationer, så nu er det blot at krydse fingre for, at Sonder har styr på deres IT sikkerhed. - Værelset, mit havde status af en suite, var OK, men absolut på et minimum. Det var rent og pænt, sengen standard og så er der vist ikke mere at sige om det. Badeværelset var meget lille, men det var til at håndtere som single rejsende - havde vi været to, var det blevet presset. Hotellet i sig selv er meget lydt, hvilket de også er opmærksomme på, hvorfor der ligger ørepropper ved sengene. Så har du svært ved at sove, ville jeg anbefale et andet hotel. Og så til sidst: det er nærmest umuligt at få opbevaret sin bagage på hotellet - der er 2 skabe til rådighed, der kan tage en cabin suitcase! Så du er presset til at finde andre opbevaringsmuligheder, hvis du flyver sent på dagen.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Quiet & safe hotel. Close to Kensington gardens. Close to bus stops. Breakfast is good, has nespresso machine which I love, also has one in the room. The only thing is the bathroom fan does not work. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

The location is amazing, an easy walk to so many iconic London sites. The hands off approach, with service available as needed, really works well for me. And the complimentary continental breakfast and all day pastries and premium coffee was a real treat. The rooms are not large, but they’re comfortable and have everything you need. And did I mention location?

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is about 5-10 min walk from Kensington palace, very close to the beautiful park. I arrived around 9pm, check in was seamless and the girl at the reception was very sweet and helpful. I liked that you’re able to use your phone as a key to get inside hotel and your room. There is a pharmacy, small grocery store near-by open till 1am and some late night food and necessity purchases. My room was TINY. Probably the smallest I’ve ever stayed in. But size was okay for one person on a budget. I took off one star because I booked a room with a desk and it was not there when I arrived. As per hotel staff - someone broke it the day before I checked in. There was no space to put my things except a tiny bedside table. They provide good quality shower items. Breakfast was great- they had bakery items, cheese, cold cuts, veggies, coffee & tea. Overall, I would stay here again if traveling alone. The area and hotel were very safe.

If you need to check in in the morning they will not accommodate. I let staff know weeks ahead of time, I let Expedia know weeks ahead of time, I was told check-in time can only be changed the day before and by then the room was no longer available. The promised breakfast is a community charcuterie board and pastries. Cleaning your room is extra charge. You will be told to take out the trash and dirty towels and leave them outside the door, where they will sit all day. The safe didn’t work. The shower is so small the water will spray all over the bathroom. No USB outlets. What century are we in?

Great place to stay right in London. We had so much to do in walking distance and public transportation is all with in minutes of a quick walk. We loved how quiet the room was and how nice and clean it was. We would stay here again!

The building is beautiful, we had a good time there. Rooms were very clean. The breakfast is missing some variety, for me, there were too many sweets. But over all I can recommend staying there, it is very close to Kensington Gardens and has many options for public transport nearby.
