Made my Thanksgiving even more special
This was my first time staying with Extended Stay America. It was a trip to Pennsylvania to visit my brother and sister in law for Thanksgiving. My son and I got there a little early but we were able to check in and get in our room. I required an accessible room and it was great! Roll in shower, wide doors for my wheelchair, easy entrance and mobility in the room. Comfortable and clean rooms. My son had a one bedroom suite which was spacious and comfortable as well! The staff was friendly, everything was clean and I had no complaints. We were there from Wednesday to Saturday! Check out was a breeze. Continental breakfast is only available on weekends. However at the property we stayed at in Mountville Pa, there was a truck stop right up the street.

Keep looking.
Forgotten unit -POORLY cleaned. For an "extended stay" there was not ONE dish or spoon. Not even normal toiletries in the bathroom. Something was seriously off with this establishment.

Great for a mini get-a-away
Booked for 1-night to visit Jason Woods. The service was great and staff were very kind. The room was very clean and seems updated. We had the 1 queen bed room with kitchenette. Free breakfast on the weekend and free coffee is always out. They also sell snacks at the front desk which is a plus considering there's not much convenience stores around. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Nice place
The staff is very friendly and there is a nice calming outdoor space. Breakfast is only during the weekend though. You can get coffee. You need to order things ahead of time for your room. Pots pans bowls plates etc. No housekeeping for our Saturday night to Sunday.

We were planning to arrive on 8/8/2024, but that morning we were hit with unexpected crazy amounts of rain and high winds. Despite that we decided to take the 3 hour trip because my fiancé is a truck driver so he’s very experienced with such conditions, and because it was our son’s 7th birthday and had plans to celebrate. About 90 minutes in we were rear ended by a driver going very fast and ended up sliding into another car in the rain. Our car was totaled but luckily everyone came out alive with minor injuries. After going to the hospital and making sure everyone was alright we contacted the property. We spoke with a woman who claimed to be the manager, I do not remember her name but it was the morning of 8/8/24. We explained the wild and unfortunate situation and that we had plans to celebrate my son’s birthday. She seemed very understanding and sympathetic, after checking our reservation information she explained that since we booked through Expedia we had to go through them to process the refund and that they would absolutely approve it on their end. She assured us that when Expedia reached out to them the refund would be approved. We thanked her and expeditiously contacted Expedia to start the process and even explained the situation to them& that we spoke to a manager& she assured us that the refund would be approved. Expedia thencontacts them& comes back to us and says that after multiple tried they were unable to get approval for the refund from the property manager.
