Not nearly as nice as appears in photos
Not clear from listing, but this is a motel with three different buildings. I did not get good instructions on where to go when I checked in. Ended up having to go through dark courtyard. Hard to find room. Not nearly as nice as appears in photos.

Comfortable stay in Sierra Vista
We stayed 3 nights. The hotel is older however it is in good condition. I liked the court yards that the rooms surround. The room had older furniture however bedding and towels were very nice. Housekeeping was wonderful. It was so nice to come back each day to a very clean and restocked room. Breakfast was good.

This is a great pleace to stay. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The hotel needs an upgrade and the breakfast is the best, but the room and customer service was great.

Favorite New Place to Stay
Such a cute hotel! Very quaint and each building had its own courtyard. Felt more like an apartment complex than a hotel. Lots of security so I felt safe as a woman staying by myself. Property grounds could not be accessed without your key card. Also, very quiet. I only heard guests walking by my room 2-3 times. No loud tvs or music. I stayed for 2 nights in room with a King bed. It was very spacious and clean. Loved that there was no carpet. The bed was a little firmer than I like but not too bad. It did not keep me awake. Front desk ladies were very pleasant and honored my request for a downstairs room. Chinese restaurant on site was very good and gave a 10% discount to hotel guests. Breakfast was great! Lots of hot and cold choices: eggs, potatoes, meats, fruit, waffles, bagels, biscuits, bread, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, milk, ice water. Pool was gorgeous but too cold in December to swim. Nice sitting areas throughout property to sit and relax. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will book this property again next time I am in town.

A nice place to stay
A great place to stay for a few days. The room was very clean. My bed was even made which was a pleasant surprise. The employees were all nice and competent. The fridge in the room was a little noisy, so I shut it off. The free breakfast was fine too. I would book the place again.

Three day weekend over thanksgiving to visit southern Arizona. Comfortable beds, good water pressure, hot water. Great breakfast that was better than most. On site Restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. Not a five star hotel but I would recommend it to any one traveling in southern Arizona. Close to Tombstone, Bisbee, Tucson all within an hour drive. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

Highly recommend
From the outside and the burnt out sign and you’re wondering if you’re even at the right place, you might feel sketched out. But let me assure you.. this place is CUTE. One of the most comfy hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. Breakfast room by the pool is nice. Felt very safe. If there were other guests staying near us, we sure didn’t hear them AT ALL. Stayed for 2 nights and will definitely be back. Also, Sierra Vista is BEAUTIFUL in the fall. We had a wonderful weekend going back and forth to Bisbee, which is a short and scenic drive away.

Cute!
It’s a cute place, but not my definition of boutique. Very basic and plain. The yard crew showed up early on a Saturday morning. That’s unacceptable. It should be done in the afternoon during guest change over. Breakfast was amazing!

Kindness!
Everyone was so kind ,from the front desk, the housekeepers, the servers at the Chinese Rest inside the hotel, the buffet guy , just everyone!..The only negative comment would be is that, I was disappointed that it was not as well kept ouside as the pics posted, the walkway leading to the lobby , all plants were dead and the water fountain was not working. The ice machine was not working for one day, but the next day they had someone repairing it...yeah!, but the restaurant was kind enough to give me ice...there was a hole in the bedroom under the tv as well, and some paint that needed a touch up.But again these things were very minor....I left 2 items in the room and they contacted me right away, again so kind, they could of easily tossed them..all in all it was a place where I probably visit again if I was in Sierra Vista!...in addition the breakfast buffet had many choices, from biscuits and gravy, corned beef hash, assorted cereals ,fruit, waffles, bagels and much more!, it was to enjoy it on the patio!

This was my 4th time staying at the hotel. It's my get-away, yet close enough to hike, visit Tombstone, Bosbee, parks, ghost "towns"... The beds are so comfortable (for me) 4 pillows on the bed, ceiling fan. The breakfasts are really good. Fresh. Eggs sausage chorizo pancakes eggs waffles Bagels white bread muffins potatoes orange juice coffee.
