We live in there three days. The second day the air conditioner start not works. And we talk to the manager and the hotel.com. The hotel. com only offer me $15 coupon. Two days. No air condition. The manager said there is no room to change. So we have to suffer two days without air condition.

Disappointed
We didn’t stay because we had a family emergency and we asked 2 days in advance if they could cancel our stay and the manager told me it wasn’t up to them, then when Hotels.com called to the hotel, they (hotel) didn’t approve the refund, so the manager lied to me. Nothing of empathy for customers.

Make Sure You are Clear on Policy
We had a good stay. No issues with the hotel, cleanliness, etc.
Our experience was based on not being informed about a hold for a pet deposit.
We called ahead to get info on the pet policy of the hotel and was told over the phone AND at check-in that there was a $100 fee for a pet. The pet fee was charged as expected. What was not mentioned and what we didn’t plan for was a $250 hold for a refundable pet deposit. Not a HUGE deal but it was not planned for. And when I called the front desk, I was made to look like an idiot because I was not aware of the hold even though the pet policy was brought up twice with no mention of a hold.
