An excellent choice
Traveling to Hilton Head we stopped in Florence. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast provided a good variety of hot and cold selections.

Helpful staff.
Our stay was very good considering the circumstances. We needed assistance getting my wife from the car to the room without a wheelchair. The manager on duty let me use an office chair to manage. It was a lifesaver. We stay here every year traveling to and from Florida. Will be back again.

DON’T BOTHER
We had stayed the weekend before and thought it couldn’t get any worse. My wife and I have stayed here before and never had a problem till these past two weekends. Before we left the week prior, I wanted to make sure that I got a handicapped room with a king bed. It was confirmed to me from the people upfront that that would be so. when I checked in late Saturday night, the person upfront told me that there was a stain that the maintenance had worked on but she felt that it needed to be done again. Let me tell you what the stain looked like. I can’t. The shower had rust coming from one of the handicapped handles there’s a crack in the wall in the shower, the shower curtain is 1 foot above the floor and water flows freely into the bathroom unimpeded. The chair in the room seem to have stains and cigarette burns in it, the ottoman was all stained. The alarm went off at 2:09 in the morning. So travelers beware of people doing very nasty things. to top it all off their continental breakfast was not fit even for a canine but the coffee is good. My wife and I have stayed there before even when they first opened and it was fantastic but the park in by Radisson is getting very tired. On another note, the young lady whom I’ve mentioned before in my previous post is not a pleasant person. It seems anything to be done is an inconvenience.

What happened ParkInn
Made reservation 6 months ahead still didn’t get the room I requested. I’m hdcp and requested a king. I got two queens and a shower with no grab handles. Being you make your res early and through a 3rd party. Beware? Continental breakfast. Not good. Microwave eggs, sausage, tartor tots stuck together? Pancake mix was water. Actual water. Wow

Good choice and close to everything
Stayed at Park Inn for state wrestling championships with our team. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Average breakfast in the morning but they do a great job of keeping it fresh and full. Only glitch was everyone's room keys didn't work after the first night and all of our rooms had to be rekeyed but that was handled smoothly. Good stay and close to everything you need!
