Dirty. Go somewhere better
Disappointing. Extremely dirty and uncomfortable. Bedding had circular staining like someone had left a coffe sitting on the bed. Towels felt tattered and were no longer white. If I was to travel in this area again I would avoid this hotel at all costs and spend the extra $10 for a cleaner place.

Wyndham Fix this place!
The staff was great. The motel was the pits. The owner must not want to put any money into fixing anything. Ever since COVID they have not served breakfast. Wyndham should clean up Website saying breakfast is available. Not even coffee. Toilet was stained so bad it made wife sick to look at it. It took 4 minutes before hot water showed up for a shower. Ice machine broken so they gave out small bags of ice to fill drink cups. We go to Elk City often, but we won’t be staying at this place again.

When in search of a restaurant near this hotel it is very easy to accidently get back onto interstate 40. This has disastrous consequences. Signage in this area is very poor. The hotel itself is deteriorating, as is the area around it, with many closed facilities. Not a fault of the management, but it is clear that it will soon be abandoned.

Woman at front desk was very nice but the key set up for the room was not working the greatest. It says breakfast online but a sign is taped to the counter, and has been there for a while, said no breakfast. A non smoking room I was first given had CLEARLY been smoked in. No mention about the wireless, which was spotty, and the password is written on slips of paper. Room was clean for the most part aside from the fact that the soup on the bathroom sink was open and wet and there was water on the counter so that was overlooked. Took this deal on Wxpedia to save a few bucks but wish I had have paid a bit more to get a nicer place

Extremely disappointed with property as an option. It was so bad I couldn’t stay there and booked another room at a different hotel. Most likely will not book with Expedia in the future unless a refund is provided for my hotel booking.

Room--light fixture out, towel rack gone, key card worked only sporadically. Facility--outside place looked abandoned. Pool covered and looked abandoned as well. No breakfast. Sure, it was cheap but wow was this property ill-maintained.

The staff at this Super 8 was the nicest I’ve met in our 2 week road trip. The only complaint is that whoever designed this place never needed to plug things in, there was only one outlet in the room. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet.

The hotel manager was super racist towards Hispanic people and kicked me out of my room naked because of their mistake and because I had not paid for the last night of the 4th and it was their mistake. Terrible experience. I do not recommend it.

A toaster in the lobby. Coffee that has been there forever and no tea. The water from the tap was probably hotter than the water in the carafe. Don't go by the pictures because they lie. They must be 15 years old. Over used the air freshener. This was my biggest complaint with Super 8's and the lack of consistency. I think some higher ups should start staying in some the smaller hotels.
