MESS!
Worst place I’ve ever stayed! Swapped my booking for a 3 bed house which I didn’t find out till arrival poor communication! Refused to give me a refund as 2 people had to go home as wasn’t enough beds and the place was a mess!

Did not get what we booked
Arrived and outside had broken gate and 3 key boxes. Called property twice leaving voicemail. Eventually had text message stating we had been moved to a location 20 minutes away due to renovations necessary. They forgot to message us that morning. We had booked this accommodation due to its vicinity to the event we were attending We had to get there ourselves but they would pay an Uber to and from our event. It was a house very dated but clean. There were 2 TV’s downstairs connected to sky boxes but we could not get these to work. They came on but unable to use. There were a number of remotes so not sure if these working correctly A number of lights did not work including bathroom lights when we got home at midnight so had to bring a lamp in Venetian blinds need attention Our check out was 1100 but somebody was waiting to get in the house at 1000

V disappointing
Smell of damp in every room which owner is obviously aware of considering amount of cheap air fresheners placed throughout all of which had ran out which I replaced to try to mask the damp smell. Noisy neighbours upstairs and not the best of areas. Bed ok. Communication slow.
