Average at best!
Beds were comfy and appears clean headboards a were a dusty. Bathroom seems smaller than normal rust in areas and hair in a few places!

Check In was easy, quick & friendly. We were only there for a short stay. The bathtub grout could use a little attention and the door needed some adjusting to be more secure. Overall, we were pleased with our stay!

It was a good stay. Some people going in and out but I was able to sleep hearing doors shut. The curtain could have been dark to keep out the light. Otherwise it good.

The room was nice and comfortable. The only issue was we were place in a handicap accessible room which we did not need. The shower was a hand held with the only holding clip was placed about 4 feet off the floor. A little difficult to shower comfortably for a 6 foot 2 person.

FAIL!!
Service was ok. Staff tried to accommodate but the property has many issues with maintenance and security. Secondary exterior doors remained unlocked 24 hrs/day so any bum can come inside and wander around. 1st floor common areas smell very musty/moldy. I assume from the indoor pool/spa. Day 1. Our 1st floor room smelled moldy and caused sneezing and runny nose for 2 days (cleared up shortly after checking out). Water/mold stains on ceiling in room. Upon check-in room TV would not connect to cable (staff temporarily fixed but on day 2 went out again and was told problem was with cable router on floor 1 and nobody knew how to fix) , Room door locks would not open (had to swipe our card 10-20 times to get it to unlock (they were aware of the issue and new locks were on backorder. Nothing they could do about it other than change rooms). Bathroom vanity faucet was hard to adjust water temp. Bathroom vanity light was missing cover. Main interior room light was out with lots of bugs in the globe (staff cleaned the globe and replaced the bulb. *Day 2... TV cable was going out (router). Staff moved us to a 2nd floor room. Room was much better but shower water pressure was low. Will not stay at Comfort Inn again.

The staff was great, the room was nice, and location was good; however I was there for five days and EVERY time I left the room, the key lock locked me out. I had to go get my key re-keyed, but I think it was the door battery because the re-keying didn't work without its challenges. Since the elevator was having some issues, I walked to the third floor. The staff kept saying they were going to get maintenence to look at the door, but it was the holiday and I tried to be patient. There was an offer on night four to change rooms, however, I was already packed and ready to leave the next morning, so the offer was of no use. They didn't even suggest a discount for my patience.

Overnight stay
The room was clean and breakfast was pretty good. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we booked this hotel specifically because it was one of the only ones nearby that had an indoor pool and hot tub and when we got there, they were out of service.
