I request a refund, hotels.com has not returned it
After making a reservation, I arrived at the hotel with my family and to my surprise they told me that there was no room available and they left us in the cold night without a room. I am waiting for my money back. I requested a document proving that they did not give me the room and they only gave me a zero bill.

the whole hotel needs an overhaul
Room and bathroom were clean except for green gummy bear on the carpet. Hallway carpet had big stain near the stairs. Mattress was very uncomfortable and gave my husband and I severe back aches. The biggest problem was the cable went out about 8pm and did not come back on before we left the next am. We called twice to the front desk and the second time the front desk lady said that it would not be fixed until the next day {our departure day}. She was kind enough to discount our room stay 30%. Our hotel of choice for the last 3 years had been Hampton Inn so we have been happy with the chain until this visit to Helen Georgia. The hotel needs an overhaul and as soon as possible. The staff were all very nice and polite.

Don’t Book Here!!!
This should not be considered a Hampton hotel it was old and disgusting. There was hair all over the sheets and pillow case I went to the desk and told them the sheets were never changed I put four sheets down on the bed so I could sleep but was grossed out. The manager gave me a full refund

Great Christmas stay in Helen, GA
Wonderful stay in a beautiful town for Christmas! The hotel was very conveniently located in the downtown area, making everything within walking distance. The hotel was clean, warm and the staff friendly. Breakfast daily was a big bonus, even on Christmas day! Highly recommended if you ever travel to Helen GA!

Disappointed
Disappointed in the quality of the hotel for what we paid. Condition was poor and needs upkeep. Stains on the carpet. Furniture chipped. Blood stain on the pillow. Microwave missing dial and dirty. We couldn’t get the heat to work unless we turned the fan to the on position.

Good Stay in Helen at the Hampton
We had a nice trip to Helen and a very nice time. The Hampton staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was a King size bed room. It was overly large and very comfortable. The room was overheated at first, but I turned on the AC and opened the patio door and the room was comfortable after that. I loved the patio/balcony overlooking the river. Great view! The carpeting was a bit dirty and could have used either cleaning or replacing. The breakfast each morning was good and tasty.

Well used condition!
Getting old and used, needs a remodel which should include a good cleaning. Close to downtown, but years of use is showing badly! Does not meet the Hampton’s quality!

DO NOT LET THE FACT THAT THIS A HILTON PROPERTY FOOL YOU!!!! Our horrible experience with this hotel began at check-in. The girl behind the counter never made eye contact nor spoke to us except to ask for vehicle information. The hotel is filthy and so outdated. It truly needs a complete gutting and remodel. Our room was not cleaned from past guests...hair on the linens, take-out container in the garbage can and black lint on the floor. The shower and ceiling are covered in mold and the air vent is coated in hair/dust. Spots all over the mirror. ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN!!! ***The option to add photos does not work, hmmmmmm wonder why*** I will be posting on all social media outlets and contacting Hilton Worldwide!!

Location great, staff friendly. Hotel generally good, just old and dated. Room comfortable. Breakfast ok, standard stuff. Was not kept up later in morning so late risers are somewhat out of luck on availability of some things.
