I booked 4 rooms with my families and stay for 3 nights. When we arrive at the front desk prepare for check in, suddenly, all black in the hotel as no electricity at the moment. Then check in spend around half hour to process, its almost 2300.
And all the lifts were out of order, I don't understand why the hotel no any notice before or inform guest upon check in.
When I ask for the front desk staff when the lifts can be use, he said he don't know, he just a reception staff, we can ask to the manager or director of this case. What's the meaning of hospitality? He said if we not satisfied we can cancel the booking. I feel his attitude include discrimination. That is occurring on the second day.
I travel with grandpa and 3 childrens total 10 peoples stayed, every day we have to go up and down stairs, the worst is the first and last day with luggages bring by ourselves, no porter to help, this is the worst experience that I haven't occur to travel to the others country.
