This is a business hotel not a tourist hotel. The service level towards us as guest staying for 7 nights was absolut not satisfying. Startet with beeing put into what i call a b-level dark room for breakfast typical fastservice, no glasses, no light, cold and unvelcomming (7 days) where red level (to whom we shouldnt be compared as good paying guest) could sit and enjoy the garden, the light, the pool area. We were not informed about status on using the second giant pool area, npt the rooftop terasse, and the management where holding a ceremony where they tried to excuse for the possible noise in a long letter. Why npt simply invite us as guests? They have a lot to learn in Torre Melina.
