Hotel is not rated correctly
I was not pleased with my hotel stay. It was not a 4.2 rating as noted on the website. It was suppose to be a 100% smoke free hotel and smelled of smoke. The heater in my room was not warming to temperature. It began to hum or buzz during the night and the air became cool. I had to turn the unit off but it was still on and making the noises. I was cold during the night. Once the noises stopped I turned it back on in the early morning and it warmed a little. I attempted to use the room phone to call the fornt desk to inform them of the issue and there was no cord in the phone so it was not functional. I had to Google the number and call the desk from my personal mobile phone. They said they would make note and tell management in the AM. They did apologize for the issues. When I went to breakfast the sausages were dried out in the warmer and it was 8:30am and breakfst was until 9:00am. I will not stay in this hotel again.

It was alright. The front lobby kind of smelled of smoke, the beds werent the most comfy but the comforter was sooo thin almost like a sheet. The front desk was very nice and the food smelled good but we went out to eat. Make sure to bring ur own shampoo and conditioner because theirs sucked

Very pleasant
Had a 2 night adjoining rooms stay for family. Rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable. The area is close to the highway access, seems safe- we experienced no problems. Would stay again.

Other reviews not truthful?
Before making a reservation, I read the reviews. They were quite favorable. Maybe there were secret rooms the reviewer stayed in? When we arrived at the hotel, there were maybe five other vehicles in the parking lot. Check-in went smoothly. The staff person working the front desk had his dog with him - kinda weird. Bring your dog to work night? There were 2 double beds in the room. The beds had different mattresses. One mattress was decent but the one that I slept on was VERY uncomfortable. I guess I got the short straw. The ac/heating unit was VERY NOISY. The shower had lukewarm water. The breakfast area smelled like a garbage dumpster. You all know that smell. I grabbed 3 tangelos and a container of yogurt and skedaddled. The best thing about the stay was a cup of French roast from my own travel coffee maker.

Comfortable and clean
Very friendly maid service. Receptionist was knowledgeable and friendly, room was clean. Just needed to add 2 mor pillows to a king size bed instead of only 2.

Will never stay here again!
The walls were dirty and parts of the ceiling were cracked, the walls were covered with dust and you could see handprints on the walls in the dust. The bed was terrible!! It felt like the bed was on a rolling ball and felt like it was going to fall at any moment. The bathroom light didn’t work. The breakfast was terrible. The girl working the front desk was very nice and helpful. I never give bad reviews but this place is deserving of one.
