Can’t wait to come back
A lovely, clean and modern yet traditional hotel. Customer service is excellent, had two small queries once we arrived however these were fixed immediately. Beds were super comfy, plenty of space in the rooms and we were able to request a twin instead of a double. All but a few hairs the room matched the rest of the hotel in its cleanliness. breakfast was amazing and very reasonably priced. location wise it was great, there was a car park although seemed very limited spaces even for winter. Overall was a lovely stay and sad to leave. Was planning to return to skye in summer and go camping, however we will likely be staying here again!

Nice Place with a Nice Price
The staff were all really nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a bit further off the beaten path but still close enough. The included breakfast was very good.

We had several options and chose this hotel because the website advertised regional cuisine and a focus on sustainability. Sadly the kitchen was "unfortunately closed today" - every day! The hotel looks great on the website, but in reality it is a hostel with mostly untrained staff right next to a private junkyard. You can tell in every minute that there is no manager on site (at least we didn't see one and that's exactly how it was). There was no room service and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. The breakfast could have been good, but despite the staff having a notebook, they couldn't get a single order right. It was a truly absurd stay with at most hostel quality. The weakest hotel on our road trip so far. Definitely not recommended!

The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main square and harbour of Portree. Our room and bathroom were very clean if a bit on the small side; thank goodness neither of us is very big. Breakfast was nicely cooked and served with lots of choice. Unfortunately dinner wasn't available at the hotel two of the three nights we stayed but we were able to find places in the town. Dinner on our third night was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful and I can recommend this hotel for single travellers through to large groups who were all catered for.

Cute traditional looking hotel walking distance from town. Standard comfortable rooms furnished modestly. Large bathroom with good shower. Good breakfast and dinner options with a bar. Outstanding staff!! They all were exceedingly wonderful and worked very hard to make our stay memorable.

Really great location - 5-10 min walk into the city center. Great breakfast included and room was comfortable. Easy to park and staff was very helpful. Loved that you could walk into town because parking and town was busy.
