I arrived at the hotel on xmas eve at 5pm and the hotel was closed, derelict. I was Stranded in Blackpool. How and why would you take a booking and my money which was taken from my account is beyond me. Total disgace

Absolutely 1st Class highly recommended
Stayed 1 night as was on business,i'm a courier driver and travel with my driving companion Bindi my little jack russell/springer spaniel cross.Having checked in from the word go Mark & Tracy couldn't do enough for you,made me very welcome and loved Bindi as they are a very dog friendly hotel.Licensed bar had a couple of glasses of wine before i went to bed,in the morning i was going to put Bindi in the van before breakfast and Tracy said i could sit in bar area with Bindi but not in breakfast /dining room which is totally understandable.They even put a sausage out for her.One of the best places i have stayed in and definitely coming back soon.Thanks Tracy & Mark for a most enjoyable stay.

3 night stay in December
The price I paid for my 3 night stay was excellent value for money. I booked a single room was but was given a double room on arrival. The owners of the guest house were truly excellent hosts, nothing was any trouble for them, always wanted to help and ensure I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, room was clean comfortable and warm. Would definitely recommend and stay again, a warm welcome awaits all guests here.

Cheap cheerful and perfect for what we needed!
If your looking for a cheap and cheerful stay with everything you need then this is the place. The B&B itself is dated but the rooms are clean, the breakfast is fab and the location was perfect for us. No extra charge for the dog and the parking was free too. What more can you ask for within the price.

Excellent customer service. Staff very friendly. Very well positioned position half distance between Blackpool Tower and Pleasure Beach. It looks like it is a family business and they really make you feel welcome there.

Friendly, cosy B&B
Had a lovely short stay at the B&B which is located conveniently just off the seafront. Lovely selection of drinks and snacks in room and tasty full English breakfast plus continental options. Friendly, welcoming hosts.

The listing should mention hotel car parking is VERY limited and only available on a first come first served basis. Alternative parking is some distance away at £7.00/day. We had a wasted return journey from Scotland because we couldn't park at the hotel and being unable to walk far had to abort our stay. It has taken some weeks to get a refund of money paid - neither hotel nor Expedia were helpful.

A little gem of a BnB
If you are looking for a good place to stay in a good location very near to Blackpool seafront then look no further than the south villas. I have stayed in many B and Bs over the years in Blackpool and price is not necessarily a reflection of quality. the South villas is very competitively priced compared to its rivals and so I was very pleasantly surprised with the level of service and quality of the accommodation here. Definitely the very best place that I have stayed in Blackpool. Of particular mention is the level of service from the hosts and friendliness and warm family feel and also the breakfast and breakfast room. Such a choice at breakfast with the feel that nothing is too much trouble. The car park at the rear is an added bonus parking can sometimes be difficult in Blackpool. Can definitely recommend dying here without hesitation. thank you Tracy for making us feel so welcome. we will stay again if ever we return to Blackpool.

The property was a 3 storey house with narrow staircases but was clean and offered everything I was looking for when staying for a weekend. The room was basic but had an en-suite shower. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was full and variable with a choice of cereals, fresh fruit and a fry up!
