Enjoyable
Overall an enjoyable stay, I expected more from the room though. The décor was quite dated and there was quite a bit of damage to the timber panelling and bathroom.

Amazing hotel
I took my husband to london to see a show for his 40th birthday and booked the cavendish hotel for us to stay. I had not been here before so didnt really know what to expect but wow was we pleasantly surprised. What a wonderful hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming the room was spectacularly clean and the bed wow it was so comfortable we didnt want to leave.

Very comfortable beds excellent location and as usual very polite helpful friendly staff particularly Rumen in the lounge where we always end up for a nightcap! Stayed at the Cavendish a number of times now and have always enjoyed the stay there and can't really fault it.

First Class Business Hotel
Such a fabulous location-right in the heart of things. Staff were very helpful with arranging taxis and any requests. Great dining nearby and you're on one of the best streets for men's clothes in the world.

Not that special anymore
Have stayed here many times as it is a fantastic location. However, even with an upgraded room, the room was tired, bathroom tiles where well weather despite being clean. Our upgraded room was very small and only one sofa style chair for two guests...!!! I had to sit at the desk on a hard chair. This is not good Cavandish...especially when I've stayed 10 times or more with you. I would like to think you would look after your repeat guests better..Sorry to write this but if we don't tell you can't anything about it.

Service and Comfort was amazing
From the moment we pulled up to the doors the service was perfect. They made you feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Great room comfortable beds and the towels were large and soft . Coffee in the room was very good . Will definitely stay again A much better hotel than the Westminster Hilton we stayed in a few weeks before
