Okay, but..
Would love to give this stay 5/5 stars, but we stayed in a suite that was almost 400 a night and the ceiling to the master shower was falling apart as well as the shower was dirty and there were cobwebs in our room. For that price I was expecting a bit more cleanliness. A comment was made about my service dog as well that I did not appreciate by one of the receptionists. It was extremely nice other than that. I would stay again but with lower expectations.

River Walk - Awesome
Absolutely fantastic stay. The whole facility is super clean. The staff is very friendly, the room was excellent and we had a wonderful time. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Just a great place to stay. Affordable prices for such quality. You can check in, shop the boutique, eat on site if you wish. Salon and spa not within our budget but great for those who could afford it.

Good…. But….
Very, very nice place with spa and restaurant. Was disappointed they would not package hotel, spa and restaurant as I used all 3. Appeared look down on Expedia bookings and said not only could they not give me any type of discount for multiple hundreds spent at their spa or at dinner but went on to say they don’t have packages for solo travelers.

First timers, and we will definitely be back! Loved the shop, the restaurant/bar and the beautiful outdoor area. Our room was a king with a jetted tub, our room was huge! Bathroom was huge! We were next door to the reception hall and there was a wedding, but we just enjoyed their music from our tub. Downtown was within walking distance, we checked out the antique shop and Pipers Pub (also 5 stars). Very nice weekend away to celebrate my honeys birthday. We did a couples massage this morning, it was phenomenal! Loved the relaxation room prior to our massages. All in all a full 5 stars from us! Keep up the great work!

Riverwalk Place Resort and Spa is a hidden gem. The Resort itself is lovely, the property is so well kept. If you are looking for quiet luxury, Riverwalk Place Resort and Spa, is the place to go for a renewal of body and mind. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food at their restaurant is delicious, the serving staff are wonderful and the setting for dining exceptional. This is our second time staying at Riverwalk Place and it wont be our last. What a lovely place for a wedding, a couples get away or a girl friends night out. Thank you so much for another wonderful vacation.

Disappointed
We love Riverwalk but this visit was the exception. It was loud!! It was loud at night after 10 pm and it was loud early, starting at 7 am. We strictly went because we needed sleep and it was disappointing. Not sure why you can hear everything on the first floor, through the door even if it was talking, but there was people using the ice machine that woke us up after 10, they were fixing it at 7:15 am, but there was definitely other noises as well. If we go back, we will not stay on the first floor again. I was so frustrated that I took a video just of the sound as we got up at 7:30 am, and we got ready and left. We just wanted to sleep in until 8-8:30, that was the whole point of our trip 😢

There is nothing I liked it calls itself a resort and spa with a river view there is a creek behind the building there is an overpriced spa there a grill/ restaurant overpriced and a boutique. It was my birthday I could have stayed anywhere I searched all over the state and found this place and was like a resort and spa sounds perfect I chose a king jacuzzi the bed was horrible it was old broke in I was not offered a discount towards anything in the spa for my birthday so didn’t even go there the jacuzzi was dirty didn’t use it wasted my time and money will never go back
