We were upgraded that was amazing the room was fantastic. The only issue we had was the smell from the drain in the shower we reported this and it was sorted quickly. The bath was dirty and could do with a proper good clean

Blackpool overnight
Room ok for overnight stay but cleanliness of bedding let a lot to be desired as we had dirty foot prints over ours. Back view to hotel not best yard full of broken cupboards and wood. A positive point was the staff were really welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

A fabulous and friendly team
I booked the hotel for one night for me and 2 friends, we booked a suite and while there was no view the rooms themselves were big, spacious and well equipped, one with a kings size bed and another with two singles. The bathroom was large and the shower was great. The lovely lady that checked me in was amazing and really knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. While the hotel is dated and could do with a lick of paint, this wouldn’t put me off staying here again.

One night stay blue water hotel
The hotel is due to undergo a refurbishment. We had a family room 3 single beds. 1 double bed. The beds. were so comfy. Slept really well. the quilt covers. Pillow cases and towels were spotless. Nice clean and fresh. The pillows even had pillow protectors in them. Our room needed an vacuum over but we were only there for 1 night , toilet and shower separate a bonus. Breakfast adequate plenty of choice. If you dont want a 4 star for the money would recommend 👌 staff friendly and helpfull. Breakfast staff seemed a bit rushed but was busy .

Great staff in a tired old building
The positives about the Bluewaters is definitely the staff! They where, helpful, polite and very pleasant. The breakfasts were very good, lots of choice and plentiful Unfortunately, what let the hotel down was cleanliness - the dust in our room was so thick you could write your name in it, the cups/glasses hadn't been used in such a long time they had a skin of dust/grime on them - though the bedsheets/duvets did seem to be clean. Sadly in need of an update - but for whatr we paid, we can't complain

Had everything you need for a trip to Blackpool. Bar, restaurant, pool to yourself for hour (booking required) Lovely sea views, parking, tram stop over the road. Shopping and tower 5 minute walk. Helpful staff ☺️

I have just returned from this hotel and it was pleasant but I'm not overly sure I got the room I payed for I booked the bigger room size and ended up in a very small room on the ground floor I've booked again for next may before I came to stay this time and to be honest I'm coming for a birthday celebration and a hen do I'm just hoping I'm not let down next time

The staff couldn't do enough to make our stay fantastic. The breakfast was definitely worth the money. The hotel is old and in the process of being updated, the rooms Are basic but very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. We have been there a few times now and will be going back again next year. The pools nice and warm and Ideal for young and old. You can either swim or just relax in the water. It's very private and we've had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Definitely recommend for value for your money

Very nice hotel to stay in, with a very reasonable rate. The only issue I had was that the lift was out of order all weekend. Otherwise, everything else was excellent. Friendly staff and good food too. Would recommend.

Friendly staff, great location close to trams and local attractions. My toddler loved the pool Disappointed in the family room was dated, the window had tape over a crack. Needed curtains to keep out the lights (not a blind). Also the shower head was held on with cable ties.
