Apesar da cordialidade dos funcionários, as instalações são precárias e os serviços deixam muito a desejar. Não fizeram a limpeza da acomodação quando retornamos ao hotel entre a primeira e a segunda noite. Quando reclamamos, a atendente nos disse que faltou pessoal, problema que não pode ser transferido para o cliente. Café da manhã ruim, se optar por esse hotel, dispense.

We loved our stay at this very quant and home like feeling hotel. So close to many sites. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond. Especially appreciated Flo and his fun conversations. We were close to shopping so if you are up for walking and not paying for a 5 minute Uber drive it’s worth it. We didn’t figure that out till last minute. There are some simple sit down restaurants which were fine.

Tolle Lage, direkt am l'arc de triomphe und der Champs de Élysée. Das Personal, insbesondere Flo, klasse. Mit vielen Tipps für Erkundungen und auch alles im Hotel wurde super erklärt. Das Zimmer (Junior Suite) war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das kostenlose Wasser zu jeder Tageszeit haben wir bei dem heißen Wetter auch gerne und mehrfach genutzt. Wir kommen wieder.

Nice size boutique hotel with a great location and food options nearby. The issue I had with the hotel was electrical issues they were experiencing and the lack of alerting and addressing the issues by the staff. 1st night AC did not work due to issues. 2nd night lights did not work in my room. In both cases we had to reach out to the staff when they were already aware of the issue (in the first case) and no resolution was provided until we pressed. We were provided a room for the night until the issues were resolved but the noise from rooms above and beside us were very load. Also the lighting in the room was dim and confusing to operate. The furniture ( a side table in particular) was too top heavy and continued to fall and hurt my wife’s foot. The look and feel, location and pleasant staff were great but the hotel seems to have some issues that need to be worked out.

Money got stolen in this hotel room
The worst experience in my life The worst thing happened in this hotel. The money was stolen by an employee of the hotel. During breakfast time the employee broke into our room and stole the cash from my wife’s and my wallet. He stole only big bill cash of about 1000 Euros with Euros,Swiss francs and Japanese yen. As it was such a short time of the breakfast. I left my wallet on the desk and my wife left her purse in the handbag inside of the closet. There was a safe but we didn’t use as it was such a short time of 45 minutes. Hotel is so small that outsiders will not come up to the room. We found out missing money during the day lunchtime. As we had the schedule of watching the Olympic Games we only went back to the hotel in the evening. We reported the front desk and the police in the same evening as soon as when we arrived at the hotel. The suspect front man was still in the front desk. I thought he was the strong suspect when he said if we would go to French Police we would lose our precious day with their long investigation, which sounded very strange to me. We went to the local police next morning and spent 3 hours explaining the incident. I told the police that the stealing happened during the breakfast of the previous day. It happened in 30 minutes of our breakfast as it was the only time my wife and I left our wallets. As there was continued announcements of the awareness against pickpockets in the city of Paris we were always careful about our wallets and bags. I
