Don't bother.
I arrived and the manager couldnt find my booking. He was rude and aggressive and demanded that I call hotels.com even though i had already paid.
He eventually realised he had made a mistake and found my booking, but didnt offer any sort of apology.
The room was a street view with zero sound-proofing which meant the honking was relentless. It was also dirty, the bed frame seemed as though it hadnt been cleaned in weeks.
