Excelente estancia
Es un excelente hotel, muchas limpieza, buen servicio, estacionamiento cercano. La habitación es muy espaciosa, no se diga el baño; es algo increíble, super espacioso y con muy buenos herrajes y artículos. La cama es muy cómoda y tiene buen sistema de cable en la televisión.

Not again
This is the second time I encounter issues at check in. I call and my room according to staff was ready and available for early check in. Due to a delayed on the highway, I arrived around 3:30pm and was told I was going to have to wait, that kind of got me upset and they did provide me with a room, but again this is the second time they do that, they also did not provide room upgrade as a VIp status

Not Good
Even though the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, the actual condition of the hotel is terrible. My first room had a window that didn’t fully close and had street noise. My 2nd room after asking to get a different one had an ongoing noise coming that kept me up. When you add the peeling paint on walls and doors plus general state of disarray it’s hard to understand where those 3 stars came from. I actually ended up giving up my last night and going to a different hotel.

Indiferencia
Un hotel templado ni bien ni mal. No los califico más bajo xq pague por la habitación con un gran descuento, y eso vaya que estuvo bien. Fuera de una buena ubicación este hotel no ofrece ni un café.
