Charged twice by Hotels.com and Marriott, now I’m trying to receive a refund. Definitely not good business.

The staff (especially Constance!) was amazing! The hotel was very nice too, but the elevator needs to be repaired. Not only does it sound like a tuba in the middle of the night, but, as an engineer, the noise and vibration absolutely indicate failure sooner than later.
