Please dun choose this hotel if you dun want to put yourself in danger.
With just a short stay, we have experienced the worst service the Hotel rendered as follows:
> > 1. Two family members were trapped in the elevator on 5/F, the floor we stayed, for more than 20 minutes, whilst the elevator was malfunctioned. The most ridiculous thing was that TWO of the emergency alarms inside the elevator were not even working and my family members had to scream for their lives in the elevator to get the attention of surrounding people. The lights and air-con were all out at the time they were trapped. They came across the symptoms of suffocation and felt extremely unwell after such life threatening situation. Fortunately, we were around to help immediately; otherwise, the consequences would be unimaginable.
> > 2. The lock of the front door in our hotel room was broken, while all windows in the rooms had no locks installed. We had to put our luggages in front of the window to refrain burglars from breaking in. Sitting in one of the most dangerous zones in Paris, the Hotel should have full responsibility to keep its visitors safe at all cost.
> > 3. The hygiene of the facilities was totally unacceptable. The washed towels were all thrown on the ground at the corridor before delivery to each hotel room. The issue concerned is shown on the picture attached.
