13th floor room and hallways had strong odor of mold as if it had no operating HVAC or make up air unit working but the minute you stepped of the elevator and into the carpeted area it really hit you. Also we asked twice for shower gel to be replace as it was empty but never got any and breakfast quality was very poor for the 78 dollars we paid for 2 adults and two small kids. Hilton needs to step up their game the Hampton just a few blocks away is cheaper and better and gives free breakfast of the same quality

I recommend this hotel but fix heat/ac.
We were greeted with very friendly and nice check-in women. They were able to answer our questions. The room was clean and quiet. The beds were very comfy. The sink bathroom barely had a drizzle of hot water coming from it but the shower was fine. It was hot as he[[ in the room. There was a sign that said to open window to cool off the room but we couldn't get the window open. We all had a hard time sleeping because it was too hot. Location was great. Pool was fine. Overall, our stay was good. We would recommend this hotel.

Mysterious charges to my card
Everything was pretty good except for the fact that they don’t tell you until you get there that you have to pay for parking. So that made the $180 room $200. Then we got 2 gatorades charged to the room for $4 a pop and suddenly I’m being charged $226. Not sure why but this is the second time I was charged extra from a hotel. I leave the place clean nothing broken we were barely in the hotel to be honest. We stayed overnight and left early. Why was I charged extra money yet again?

Hilton: your brand is damaged.
There were no cups of glasses in the room. The woodwork is broken and scuffed as are the walls, there are tears in the upholstered chairs. There is mold in the tub and it does not drain; its still full of water. The hotel lobby is bleak, even desolate. The bar has all the appeal of East Berlin under communist rule.

The refrigerator wasn’t defrosted. There were only 2 towels when I booked room for 2 adults.Hallways needed carpets cleaned. The restaurant hours were very limited.
I had charges on my bill at checkout that I did not incur and am still waiting for a resolution.

I love the Hilton and I am so disappointed in my stay this time the staff was amazing but my room 621 smelled like a wet basement and there were some cobwebs in bathroom it just didn’t feel like the Hilton normally when I travel I look for Hilton hotel because I know we will have a clean comfortable room when I called front desk about my complaint girl was very polite but made no other accommodation other than offer us breakfast i spent over 200 for one night to sleep in what it felt like a gross basement I’m not to satisfied at all and feel as though things should be made right for my self and family

Stayed here this last weekend for an overnight trip with my kids. The check in was quick and easy but we were not given any information. We asked about the hotel restaurant for dinner as we were in a rush to make a show time. We were told it “might be quick”. We sat in the bar area for over ten mins before we even saw anyone who worked there. Many other patrons were already waiting longer. None of the other worker for the front wanted to help figure out where the restaurant staff was. We then found our room and walked through a hallway of dirty dishes including full glasses of wine lining the halls. Our room was tidy but not clean. The beds were comfortable. The next morning the halls were still lined with the same dirty dishes. I attempted to take my kids swimming early as they were excited that the pool opened early , but when we got there the water was cold and the room was 68 degrees. Definitely tried but were shivering and cold within minutes. I asked the staff if this was the normal temp and they told me they would alert maintenance. We were told to try back soon , no apologies offered. An hour later the temp was the same and we checked out . The people working tried their best but clearly they are not trained in hospitality and were very very understaffed - which is not their fault .
