Quirky. The eccentric DNA is quite an experience. Modular cell hotel rooms, round beds, sunken living rooms, Jetson's space walk, its all here!
this place was so rundown it looked like a abandoned resort or the architect had given up constructing it halfway. It looks nothing like the pictures. The pool is grotesquely dirty and god knows what is breeding in there - it looked more like a pond. Facilities were non-existent with cobwebs in the common areas. Some areas were spoilt (broken wooded door) and seemed like it had been that way for a long while. The cushions in the “living area” of the room had been ripped out, exposing the bare concrete. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The place is very uniq but it is very run down and the hotel room we got at first was very noisy as it is right on top of the common area where they performed events and karaoke. The whole place echos a lot. We got room change once we complaint about the noise. The other room is better but still had load echo noise.

The unique of the resort is very good. I like the design built up, very special. The scenery in the morning was pretty good. Unfortunately its seem not well maintenance on it. It will more traveller visit the hotel with add on with the facility cleaniness and do more on the maintenance on the building including the room.

Property was old and not well maintain. Hose-keeping was not done despite hanging the card for house. The staff’s proficiency of English is terrible. Breakfast was not read even we are touchscreen. In short,

Quality of service
Hotel was good one, like my stay before. But booking through hotels.com was costly. Collecting money from now to offer the free night after 10 bookings.

DNA isn’t as advertised: other choices better
Everything is different from the photos. The buildings are bright colors like orange, blue, red but every ad and website still shows them white because white looks space age and dynamic? In the different colors, it looks more like a kids fun park.
I hate to be negative, but DNA seems to have been abandoned by its owner. Someone had a great idea to try something different and built spheres instead of boxes, then they must have realized the mistake and given up.
IF, IF you read this and are choosing between the normal room and the huge room with golf course views.... THERE ARE NO GOLF COURSE VIEWS!!!
The more expensive spheres have stairs down to... an unusable space... maybe useful for a group drinking together or something...? But it adds nothing to the room. Don’t choose the bigger room for “something nicer” because it’s not.
Breakfast was fairly sad.
Management laughed when we asked why everything was painted and we were shocked to hear it was repainted 7 YEARS AGO. And laughed when we wondered why ads including those on Hotels.com show everything white. And laughed when we asked about golf course views.
Room had maintenance problems and shower low pressure.
Strong moth ball odors in first room.
They had to move us to a different room when our bathroom had leaks while we were out.
Generally a feeling of dirtiness.
The good? Pool seems nice for kids.
Something fun about DNA is the acoustics.... round ceilings reflect the sound.

Vvv old building
The only attraction was the look of the hotel
Inside was old and dirty
Many parts of building were not completed
I climbed up the tower to take photo
But it’s really dangerous to go upstairs because the renovation has not yet completed.
I think it maybe lack of money to complete it
Inside the hotel room, the air con is really old and no wind in 37C😢😢😢 upset
Lucky, I requested to change a room, the air con in another room is better, slow and weak wind, but can only accepted, no hair dyer was provided.
Even free breakfast, u will never and ever try it because only bread and jam on the small table, last but not least, water of course.

Old school futuristic place.
Not sure what everyone is complaining about, I enjoyed my stay. DNA has an awesome concept design and the room was clean and comfortable. It is fairly close to a lot of nice restaurants and not too far from the park. The pool isn't heated and the facility could use a paint job, but overall it has a neat vibe and is in a quiet area. Staff were very helpful.

Hotel design is good but need major renovation.
We expected to use the swimming pool but it was under maintenance on the first day. On the 2nd day, the hotel said the swimming pool was ready but when we went to the pool. We still saw stain and decided not to use.
Breakfast was not so nice, the omelet was burnt and not edible. I won't stay in this hotel again. Hotel design is good but need good maintenance and also major renovation.

A LITTLE DIFFERENT
This is a very quirky hotel, and fun because it was a little different. It however is rather TIRED and needs a good makeover. Fittings in the shower were broken, stains on walls and floors, and was a little run down.

You normally get exactly what you pay for.
The room was surprisingly clean and air condition only smelled bad the first hour. The hotel is truly run down, but they seem to have invested a little in their pool area. Carpets are smelly, and dirty. The general hotel areas, except from the pool area, are all run down and in desperate need of care and maintenance. To experience staying in a "strange looking alien place", it's OK for a one night experience. There is not much in the immediate area outside the hotel premises, and there is a lack of streetlights outside the hotel gate (I guess it would be OK if you come with your own car though). Breakfast was .... ehhh.... one of the worst I have seen. Undercooked fried egg, horrible tasting coffee, warm milk and strange tasting drinking water. The place is great for a photoshoot, but it would be favourable if they closed it down for complete renovation before accepting further guests.
