Poor check in
Check in was poor. The 2 additional rooms I booked for colleagues could not be charged directly to them. Hotel refused to cancel pre-authorisation payment to my card. This has caused some issues as we now need to sort ourselves.

I stayed 5 nights in a single room while in London on business. The front desk staff were very friendly and the price was affordable compared to other places in the area. It was conveniently located between two tube stations. The room was quite small though and I struggled to work comfortably at the small desk. Additionally, the weather was very cold during my stay and the water in the shower did not get very hot.

Like: Close to major tourist attractions and restaurants. Dislike: 1) No parking. Street parking/pay parking is charged by hourly rate at around BSP9/hr & may not be available when you need it. The closest pay parking is a long walk (20 min) away when you have to load or unload your luggage. 2) Rooms are so tiny, the beds already took up the whole room, no more space for moving around /open your suitcase.

Clean and convenient little hotel.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Walking distance from Victoria Coach Station and Apollo Victoria Theatre. Remember to take your physical payment card for seamless check-in - unlike me, who forgot! Staff were very patient though :D

Staff were all very helpful and polite. Picked this hotel due to the convenient location. There is a bus stop right out front can take you to Westminster Abbey. Not far from the tube, just a few mins walk. My room was in the basement, it was very noisy. I heard people’s conversation on the streets. Definitely won’t stay there again because of the noise.

Upon arriving staff were rude and uninviting. Room booked was wrong and when trying to resolve this, we were told it was the right room even though it definitely was not, as we had the booking details. We ordered room service which took over an hour, but more so the food was stone cold upon arriving. For the price the room it was quite small and outdated. Overall good location as walking distance to centre of the city. Other than that was not impressed and would not go again.

No hair dryer available, shower very small (I’m small myself) , I ended up at local gym for shower before work. room grubby and noisy. Staff are polite. Still waiting for management to contact me to discuss as I was not happy paying £120 for single room in condition and with facilities as described above
