Perfectly acceptable no-contact lodgings for the price, with the benefit of walkability to central Oxford (if you're a good walker). The management was accessible by phone. The procedure for accessing the building and the room (once you are present on the site of the hotel) was clear.
Two small suggestions: (1) stop relying on the app to verify identity, as not everyone has a phone that it works on. (2) if you tell guests the kitchen has coffee making facilities etc., make sure the kitchen really has a French press or filter cone or automatic drip coffeemaker (or SOMETHING).
Otherwise, all good, recommended. Just remember to call the management in advance about identity, and bring your Aeropress if you want to make coffee.
