Hotel Restaurant Needs Help
We spent two nights in this hotel. The front desk staff were amazing, every single one of them. The hotel room was fine, the AC didn’t work well but we were compensated for that. The restaurant, however, needs attention. The service is awful. We had drinks the first night. Waited almost 45 minutes for a cup of coffee only to be told they forgot about us. Day 2 breakfast took almost an hour for pancakes. When they finally arrived the restaurant was closing. Lastly, a brunch party: very unprofessional. No plates, lack of prep, a manager who was clearly in over her head. I saw other customers arguing with her! The wait staff are not adept and need direction. I would not recommend eating in this restaurant. Management should know it reflects poorly on the hotel.
