Very disappointed, especially for the price.
Misrepresented online. Building was probably over 100 years old. Room had no safety egress. Floor was sloped and very uneven. No one was around for breakfast which consisted of bread options, muffins, freeze dried oatmeal in a plastic cup, and rotten fruit. No amenities in room and there was no heat. Shower had hair on walls. Portable air conditioner in window that was poorly sealed. Road noise due to location on busy road.

My stay was fine. I was definitely disappointed in the breakfast. When I booked I was under the impression that being a B&B I would get a nice homecooked breakfast and it was definitely just a continental breakfast. Not honestly worth getting up for. I might have missed it saying that you just get a continental breakfast, but I was disappointed in hearing that. I'm not sure I would stay again, the room was chilly at night and I had a hard time sleeping, but Christine the lady that checked me in was very very nice and my room was huge.

The owner's christina and troy were very accommodating and very friendly.We had a nice chat with them over breakfast.. We had the room on the first floor it was very cozy and very comfortable and I loved the way it was decorated up in that old rustic decor.. Great place for after hiking.
What a trip down memory lane. This is a lovely b&b with an old school vibe. A heads up that the rooms do not have TVs or mini-fridges, but they do have WIFI. I loved that i could shoot in my quiet room after a long hike. The rooms are quiet and comfy. The owners were friendly and accomodating. I will definitely come back

This was our first visit to Manchester. This property was so beautiful, well equipped and comfortable. Slightly out of town but very close to all of Manchester making for a quiet, relaxing place to stay. Upstairs bedroom was spacious and beautiful. Bathroom was well equipped.
