Never again

My husband and I, and his daughter and son-in-law stayed here for a two days visit to the coast. We had both booked 2 king rooms. They got their king room, but we ended up with a double queen room. When I said we wanted what I paid for, the hotel receptionist said that "Hotels.com" overbooked the hotel rooms and that the hotel rooms were sold out so there was nothing they could do. That was regrettable, but we decided to make the best of it. However, it went downhill from there. The doublqueen room was so small that you had to walk sideways past the foot of one bed in order not to hit the wall to get to the bathroom. The entertainment area was in front of the other queen bed just inside the door, so the bed closest to the bathroom couldn't see the tv except on one side of the bed. The towels were stained, all of them! So bad that it was uncomfortable using them, they looked like cleaning rags! Finally, although there were shampoo and body wash dispensers on the wall of the shower, they were empty. The daughters king room, no shampoo or soap either. And worse, son-in-law who took the first shower ended up standing in water as the shower wouldn't drain. Also there's an ice machine, but it's broken, and obviously had been for a long time. The only nice thing to say was the bed was comfortable. The hotel is very dated. Will not return.

Awful

This hotel is in terrible condition. It is insulting to offer it to the public. Had we not had a non refundable reservation we would have walked out. Can’t understand the lack of pride in ownership. Tear it down and start over!

Excellent choix

Tout était parfait : une vaste chambre très bien rénovée et extrêmement propre. Nous redoutions d’entendre le bruit de la route, mais nous n’avons rien entendu, les chambres étant un peu en hauteur. Personnel très sympa.

Nasty!

The hotel was horrible. Not clean at all. The door didn’t even close all the way. That was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at the most uncomfortable beds. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

Place is nasty.

The room needs updated. The floors haven't been swept or mopped in who knows how long. The towels are stained. The bedding is stained. The shower floods the floor due to a leak. There was food left in the sink. The counters weren't clean. It was absolutely disgusting. There was dog hair on the floor and on the bedding. The only nice thing in there was the refrigerator. That's it.

Just OK.

The hotel was just OK. No soap in the room, ok bed, decent coffee machine and tv in the room - seems a bit pricey for what we got. The area around the motel is nice. Decent choice of restaurants and shops.

Had it been clean, it would have been a nice little hotel. The floor was filthy and under the bed had probably an inch of dirt. My granddaughters feet were black from walking on the floor barefoot. I didn't think to take pictures. I know it's not the Hilton but having a clean room is kinda a big deal!

Great affordable place to stay

The staff was friendly, and rooms were spacious. We stayed in room 48, which had a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and freezer, (great for ice cream)! There was a separate bedroom, which my daughter stayed in. The shower was small but clean and the shower head and water pressure were great. There was no ice machine, but with a full size freezer, you could put your own bag of ice in there. The kitchen had a double sink and hot plate, air fryer, and pots and pans. The tv screen worked fine and we watched a couple of movies on it. There was a coffee machine and happy belly coffee pods. You could see a strip of ocean on the horizon and there were palm trees. It was not fancy, but it was nice, like staying at a friend's place. We enjoyed it. The parking spaces are right in front of the door, very convenient. Very affordable if you need a little more room. It could benefit from a little bit bigger trash can and bring your own hairdryer, but those are minor observations.
