Bed was ok rest of room looked in need of upgrade. Breakfast wasmt worth the £10, cooked food was cold as hotplates not on. Lacked quality all round really. Next week they are hosting a fawlty towers weekend they wont have to change much

The room was unacceptable: there was mould in the bathroom and around the windows, and something unidentifiable (and disgusting) smeared on the mirror. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to get into the bed — I slept on top of the covers after being bitten. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I have photos to back all of this up. Completely unacceptable. cheap for what I received. The room was unacceptable: there was mould in the bathroom and around the windows, and something unidentifiable (and disgusting) smeared on the mirror. Colsdon Manor

Hotel was generally ok staff friendly and helpful. Room was in need of some maintenance bathroom door had two inches of paint peeling and there was some on one of the cellings that could be tied up. Restraunt was very clean well set out for breakfast .food was varied and the cooked help you self was hot and nice

A very soft and squishy bed. 😩

The bed was so uncomfortable we didn’t really get any sleep. Otherwise the room was ok, good size, nice views, basic necessities, had a hairdryer and iron which is nice. There was a party on in the bar and unfortunately our room window was right above the entrance so we could hear their music at midnight. Luckily it wasn’t later when it finished.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with view over links and good breakfast. Room could do with a bit of love - aging furniture and faded curtains, but room overall adequate. Difficult to get to sleep because of a very loud party downstairs til midnight but it was a Saturday...
