Never will come back. Disappointeing, dirty and dated hotel (i am not sure if i can evevn call this a hotel to be honest). Reception/staff poor attitude, lazy, lack of passion, and do not really care about the feeling/comfort/pleasance and the need of their guest (whenever you request something they would deny you and say "it is the company policy", unless you reason with them but my request are basics that any hotel would provide). My room is dirty, filthy, damaged (mould and dust everywhere, scaled shower head, scaled boiler, holes in the wall, and damged bit everywhere). No wonder they have a very poor scored reviews. I have been to many hotels in the UK and none operate as terrible as this. During the last night, they did not even make my bed which does not give me a good impression. Definitely a nightmare, ruin my stay in london. My family and i all agree that the hotel is so terrible that we wouldn't come back, nor recommend to anyone. There is plenty of hotel that are much better in Victoria or other places in London with similar or better price, but more importantly better quality.

Shocking.

Shocking. From the minute I walked in. Couldn’t find my booking. Then had to wait outside for 10mins, walked back in after 5 minutes and the person behind the desk was rushing up and downstairs. Eventually gave me a room, guessing needed to quickly clean / change beds of a room. Signed my name and details on a sheet of paper then in. Noticed then, no toilet seat, poor inside and the coffee and milk sachets had been used and were in a cup at the side of the bed rather than being replaced. I know it’s 2* and you get what You pair for, but basics surely should be ok / manageable

Not satisfied

How could you allow them to use a property which has major works going on. There were noise all night due to which we couldn’t sleep. Due to that noise and sleep issue we woke up late so we had to pay extra to just get ready and check out. Horrible experience. Also they were not beds at all, just two pieces of blocks with poor quality mattress on. Again due to that construction work we couldn’t open our windows for ventilation.. so no ventilation at all.

hôtel a éviter absolument

Impression générale très négative, chambre exigüe et très très vétuste, sale, insalubre, la porte ne fermait pas, moisissure et saleté de partout, fenêtre qui ne fermait pas, chasse d eau qui ne fonctionnait pas, pas de placard pour poser affaires, literie très inconfortable, aucune isolation donc bruit de la chambre voisine ... Le seul point positif était la situation géographique, nous pouvions aller au centre de Londres à pied mais dans cette rue, il y a énormément d' hôtels surement nettement mieux, je ne pense pas que l' on puisse faire pire...
radiateur rouille, saleté et vétusté des murs...
pas de poignée de porte , un mouchoir en papier pour boucher le trou, porte fermée que par un semblant de verrou...
pas de lunette sur le wc mais le pire chasse d eau qui ne fonctionne pas...

Do not book

Terrible place to stay. Toilet seat was broken, the shower was way too hot and the cold tap didn’t work. The kettle provided was sat on the window sil which was covered in god knows what. We booked two nights and ended up leaving after the first. Would not even recommend to my worst enemy.

Not recommended at all

I always try to leave positive reviews and never negative ones as usually a negative experience is a one-off moment and not consistent with the place I am reviewing, but this hotel certainly deserves less than one star from the minute you walk in with blood stains on the doorstep that haven't been cleaned up properly and the smashed window sneakily concealed by a no smoking sign. The experience just goes downhill from there. The reception desk and the staff members behind it were like nothing I've ever experienced before at any hotel, you have to see it to believe and I have added photos rather than say anything too negative. We were given a double room downstairs in the basement area which stank of rising damp. The bathroom not only didn't have a lock on the door. It didn't have door handles. Just a hole where the handles used to be, and there was mold on the bathroom walls. The shower was also leaking so badly. You could only stand in half of it or it would burn your feet from the boiling water pouring out of the Taps. In the bedroom area there was a skylight that was covered in mould. You couldn't open it and on the outside it was overgrown with weeds, there was a blind to pull down away from the window, The blind had mould on it and also paint stains strangely enough. There was paint peeling off the walls by the bed. And the walls were stained with dirt The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable and we actually slept on top of the quilt because we were too concerned to

Hår i duschen, ingen AC

Rum på nedervåningen typ i källaren. Väldigt kvavt och klibbigt i luften, ingen AC eller fläkt. Hår i duschen från tidigare boende. Inget duschmunstycke i duschen. Fönstren var igensmutsiga så man inte kunde se ut.

Hideous

Upon arrival at the hotel I was told my room was a ten minute walk away in another building. This turned out to be a normal house. The room was ensuite but dirty, and with no TV, wifi or other facilities. The firniture was mostly broken.
