I’m giving this one star not because of an actual stay, but because of why I couldn’t stay. I was driving over four hours with a 7-week-old and chose this hotel specifically because, when I called before booking, they assured me cribs were available. Two hours into our drive, I called again to have one placed in our room before our after-midnight arrival, only to be told they would try to find the one crib they had. A short while later, I was told it was unavailable.
This left me scrambling, exhausted, to book another hotel for the same night — at my own expense — and I was denied a refund. Hotels.com informed me the decision was up to the hotel, and they still chose not to refund me. For a property with such glowing reviews about being family-friendly, this was an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience.
