"Rooms are great! Staff was friendly and approachable! Hotel is gorgeous! Restaurant/Bar was cool and delicious! I have 3 notes... 1. Put coffee in the rooms. And if you must not have that make sure your restaurant has good coffee not just a hot pot of sitting sour coffee. 2. Upgrade the sofa bed mattresses... it was rough. 3. Why the name ARRIVE? It doesn't match the brand or vibe at all and honestly I almost skipped booking here bc I thought it was just another generic brand which this hotel IS NOT! It deserves a better matched name to honor how NOT GENERIC it is!

"Beautifully maintained historical site. The staff were knowledgeable about the artwork, the structure. They seemed genuinely happy to be working there. The maintenance staff was helpful, too- friendly and provided good directions. The hotel was a lovely maze of hallways, as it was designed, we’ll be back."
