Great value! Clean, remodeled, and less than a mile from the small downtown area. Easily walk to all of our destinations and food in the city. Plenty of parking available as well. Only complaint is that too much can be heard from the room above. Heard every step and creaking noises from above neighbors, I don’t know if this was an exceptionally loud person or just not enough padding between floors. I requested a room switch the next morning and the staff was super understanding and helped me immediately. Everyone from check in to support team was very attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay again, though perhaps ask for an upstairs room from the start. Silent nights of great sleep after that switch

I appreciated the location, breakfast and staff response. I found the bed to be too hard and pillows too thick & lumpy. Bed lights wouldn't turn off and had to be unplugged to be turned off and the shower fan didn't work, which I reported to the front desk and they gave me an amenities refund. I appreciated that.

Just barely acceptable as an overnight stop. Room was not cleaned very well…had to get a broom and sweep out dirt inside the door. We won’t be staying there again in Sante Fe!

Very clean room, which is great considering it’s a pet friendly stay. I didn’t make it to breakfast, even though it was an extra $15 charge for it, and parking. When booking that’s not crystal clear, but it’s still a good deal for the room, and the modern feel of the lobby, and decor.

Great value. Comfortable property, clean room, well appointed. Good location - easy walk to Santa Fe Railyards and only 15-20 minute walk to Plaza. Staff was friendly. Happy hour was an excellent value. Breakfast wasn't fancy, but a pleasant surprise.

Our room key was for an occupied room. Our key opened the door to find it being used. Had to go back to the front desk to report the issue. Got another key to another room. The room we had was somewhat clean but the windows were filthy dirty which made us uncomfortable. Loud talking outside and doors slamming was terrible. Balcony was dirty. Bed was just ok nothing great. Tv was terrible and breaking up. Red light on phone kept blinking and front desk did nothing to stop it. Garbage in parking lot containers was overflowing. Glad I won’t be in this area again. Don’t know how breakfast was. We left early. Find another place to stay!

Staff was excellent and attentive, aside from the night desk staff who forgot to swap my reservations (only a minor headache which was cleared in the morning very easily), room was fully clean, the atmosphere of the hotel was very warm and welcoming, the bar and restaurant were both up to par and overall would 100% stay here again

Had to avoid the dog poop on the sidewalk, but that's not necessarily the hotel's fault. I loath irresponsible dog owners. Great location that feels very safe and a short walk to the downtown area.

I really wanted to like this property, but it was awful. The check in went smoothly. The front desk was super nice, but then my floor was so dirty. My socks were black! I complained twice to the front desk and the following day housekeeping came to clean it. Which they did not. Fine…I was like it is what it is. Well my last night my vehicle was broken into. I had $1000 items stolen from me. It was an awful experience. Not safe for travelers. I dont think I will be staying at this property again.

Nice place for the cost--this is definitely a motel type place, but the rooms are clean and the location is good. Easy walk to the Railyard and the plaza. Gym is small but has weights, and exercise bike, and treadmill. Pool was closed when I was there in March, but looked like a decent size.

Room was fine for what we needed. Beds were comfy. I loved the location, near all the places we wanted to go. I did think the $15 a night for the Xperience Xclusives was ridiculous. According to the staff it was for parking. I liked there was a restaurant on the premises but the bartender seemed a little distracted focusing on another customer but he did make a great margarita! If we are back in Santa Fe I would consider staying here again of the price was right.
The lunar eclipse/blood moon right outside our room on the night we stayed.
