As I write this I realize how crazy it sounds and something that comes out of a movie. My husband arrived to the hotel and could't find the front desk person. Another guest said that he was in his car outside. My husband went outside to look for him; he didn't want to check him in and said it was too late and that check in closed at 10:00 PM (which. is not true, online it says 2:00 AM). Finally, he went inside to check them in. They went up to their room to find that one of them had NO door knob and that floor was completely isolated and very run down. They went back down stairs and there was no one at the front desk. They tried to leave the hotel to find the guy again to only realize that they were LOCKED IN the hotel. All doors to the hotel were closed by key. Another couple that was there was having the same issue and told them that they had called 911 since they couldn't get out and were told that fire rescue would be arriving in 45 minutes. My husband then went on a search to find a way out. After almost 10 minutes and some scary corridors, they found one hidden fire exit and escaped. We later learned by another family that 5 fire rescue trucks arrived almost 1.5 hours later; found several code violations including a gas leak and that family at that point also left the hotel in the middle of the night. I don't know more details or what ended up happening but this is by far the craziest experience we've ever had at a hotel.

Don’t Bother!!!
This hotel is HORRIBLE! First when we checked in the guy tried to get me to pay again and even said there was a $100 deposit. I refused and he said that was fine. He also tried to give me a regular room and I told him I reserved the suite, he in turn said there were suites on each floor which was not true. He stated the hotel is no longer a choice hotel and they changed ownership four days prior. There were flies the size of a quarter EVERYWHERE, the floors were soaking wet in the halls and rooms, some rooms didn’t have doorknobs and the lobby is not locked at 10pm. We were told we would have to come in through the fire exits on the 3rd and 4th floor if we came after 10. We came back to the hotel after 10 and found the exits were locked and the key didn’t work, luckily another person was coming out and he placed a towel in the door so he could also get back in. To top it off the pool water was green and was out of service. This will be our last time staying there. Oh and we were told it is being turned into something like an extended stay hotel.

We didn't actually end up staying here. We booked and as soon as you walked in the place was filthy. Got to our room and there was at least an inch of water all over the floor in the entire room. We immediately went back down and asked for a refund. The guy at the front desk was so nice and helpful and thats why I rated higher than a 1 star.

The ac was awesome , very cold !!! But the property it’s old not like the photos and when I arrived there was not hot water then next day morning not water at all that’s not good we have to use bottles of water from our car !!!!!! No bueno…

The property was very dirty a alot humidity they try to change are room at 10:30 pm the tile at front of the room wet the smell was very bad mold around air conditioner .never again. Property need lot repairs.

Ved ankomst var det hår i dusjen og håndklær var våte. Det var veldig rå og fuktig luft i rommet slik at gulvet var hele tiden vått. Det lakk vann fra taket. Ikke skifte av håndklær mellom overnattingsdagene. Ikke hyggelig betjening. Dårlig frokost. Kommer aldri til å bo her igjen og fraråder dette hotellet.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I’ve been to 100s of hotels and this is by far the worst one! Found rat poop on the lamps, leaking roofs , ac either broken or when they switched my room couldn’t control the ac, disgusting bathrooms with hair in the tubs, broken locks on the front door like if someone had broken into that room before. asked for a refund and they didn’t wanna give me a refund DO NOT STAY HERE.

Hotel of nightmares
This hotel is disgusting. First room we had was on the 5th floor, the door was open when we checked in, the rooms air did not work, the entire 5th floor smelled of mold, as did the room. The second room provided was at least closed and cold, however the floors were gross, the patio was covered in cigarette butts, hair on the bathroom floor, chipped tiles, and the icing on the cake was the door was broken. This place needs a major over haul, when we reported issues to the front desk she said, we have no idea if house keeping doesnt tell us.

Manager never refund me the money when they overbooked and the only room available did not have AC. horrible experience and i will never recommend this hotel to nobody.Stay away and manager Dee Christle should not be a manager for this place.

Find other hotel.
I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. We were told no hot water at check-in but it would be up and running Monday. We endured cold showers cause we had no other options or the finances to go to another hotel. Budget was pretty tight.

Upon checked in I was told there was no hot water and won’t be fixed til Monday . We had to stay there because it was already late and raining with thunderstorms. The room was clean but we saw a roach on the ground floor . Overall our stay was comfortable even without the hot water to shower .
