Water Valve
Hotel was fine… but I went to stay here because the hot water heater at my house was broken. I got in late, and unfortunately I was not informed that due to township maintenance that the water valve is off from 11pm-2am. No one told me at check-in either … I found out from a sign by the elevator!!!!!! Talk about bad luck.

Great hotel bad mattress
The room was clean and the bathroom also but the mattress in the room had a dip in it. I realized after laying in the bed an hour or so that I was sinking in the bed. This wasn’t a good this because I felt like I was touch the box that hold the mattress. I had lower back issues the next day. I would have appreciated a bed that was firm or supported my back during this stay. I came to relax and resulted in lower back issues the next day. This is my second stay here and I really love the set up, but that mattress is no good throw it away.

Worst Hotel Ever
I will never stay at another Marriott again! The hotel looked like it had just been built, but the staff were incompetent, the room was gross and the breakfast service was terrible. The first night, when I came back from visiting friends, there was spit running down the trash can in front of the elevator. The elevators were not working and it took the front desk staff 20 minutes to get them operational. None of the trash cans in my room had bags in them. There was a strange neon green substance on the bathroom wall behind the toilet and the shower bar for handicapped people was partially pulled out of the wall. Of which, I am a handicapped person. Breakfast vouchers cost $14 a day and only offered 4 choices, yet there was an entire breakfast menu to choose from - pancakes were $10. I wouldn't have paid the $14 had I known in advance. Every hotel I have ever stayed at has continental breakfast. Just a week earlier I stayed at a place in Latham, NY and had more food to choose from for breakfast than I could eat and it was really good food. I also wanted to cut my trip short by a day and head home, but couldn't because I was going to be charged for the extra day regardless. So I stayed. Also, breakfast starts at 6 am M-Sat., got up at 530 am Sunday figuring I'd pack the car, eat and leave. Well, b'fast doesn't start til 7am on Sunday. So, I checked out at 6 and went to Starbucks. An espresso and b'fast cost less there than the $14 for 4 crappy choices anyway.
Oh, this entire bedside table didn't work. No light, electrical outlets broken.

Great Staff!
The property is well kept overall. I stayed at this Marriott before. Yet some rowdy guests removed the peephole off my door and broke the toilet. Not fun… The stress aligned with the convenience was resolved when the staff upgraded my room. It was a sensational upgrade! I appreciated the attentiveness every staff member offered during my stay. When I return to the area, I will return for another stay.

Worst experience (Read details)
Water pressure everywhere was super low. It’s winter season & instead of hot water, it was just warm shower. No drinking water was provided in the room. Coffee vending (Keurig) had fine dust all over. Telephone line wasn’t working (Cable had cut / slit). Minimum toiletry accessories was missing. Requested for an extra pillow & nobody dropped it off. Last but not least, Toilet / Commode was blocked & bathroom floor had overflown water. No complimentary breakfast too.
