飯店不應該未經我的同意擅自更換我預訂的房型，雖然使用坪數相同，但房內設備不同、景觀也不同，雖然隔天早上十點更換成正確的房型給我們，但我們仍然損失了一個晚上，寫了e-mail抗議此事，也沒有得到任何道歉與賠償。除此之外，其他的不論是乾淨度、舒適度、早餐都很好。

The hotel is a bit old but their service is fantastic. The staff cannot be more helpful in promptly responding to our requests/inquiries & helping us with luggage drop off/bellhop. The room (Family apartment) was spacious and clean with the best sea view and 2 bathrooms. Amenities (kitchenwares, toiletries, bathrobes, safe...) are well stocked. Really recommend for family stay. The swimming pool is tiny though. The location is a bit far from the center with few restaurants around but it's easy to take grab from there. Breakfast buffet options are limited during off season but still got a nice variety from Vietnamese to Western dishes and decent taste. Overall a true value for money. Things hotel can consider to improve: Add handwash soap, 2 more small cups & spoons, and a full body mirror. Also 1 of the bathrooms got no ventilator so the smell is a bit trapped. The rest is good.

Staff are approachable, friendly & helpful. Although we didn’t get real hot water for shower on 1 nite, the staff made an effort to explain the reason. Due to Typhoon and raining season, solar energy was lacking. Truly appreciate their trip to our rooms to inform and made some adjustments on the pipeline at 10.30pm😃

Rooms weren’t same as what we booked. We paid for a seaview room but they gave us a room without a window and without any explanations. Checkin time is 2 PM and the rooms werent available until 3 PM. Bathroom are gross and dirty. It was terribly noisy from other rooms and at the corridor right at the midnights. It overall was the bad experiences we had while staying here.

Quiet area, access to the beach and good front desk are awesome. Rooms are clean and decent. Excellent pillows and great view of the beach if you can book the room with the view. It is worth it. Highly recommended.

Great spot on the beach

Nice clean hotel with spacious rooms. Right on the beach with beautiful views however still need to get a taxi back to sun loungers, bars etc. Also need to get taxi to all the restaurants on riverside. Only seafood restaurants on beach strip. Lovely pool area but could do with more water in pool so you can see over the sides and enjoy view. Staff were amazing. So kind and helpful. Would recommend to those who want to be on the beach just be aware you will need to taxi or scooter to get around.

Happy experience at Hotel Alisia, Da Nang

First sight to reception with a welcome drink everything was enchanting. Location on the beach is wonderful and the 13th floor Bar and Swimming Pool adds to the experience. There's a great gesture of free bicycles being made available. The front desk staff are very helpful in planning itinerary and answering queries assiduously. The toilet kits cater for everything except some moisturizer! Bikes can be arranged at 150000 just 30000 more than market rate of 120000 without hassles of Passport deposit etc.
