Rooms were clean, comfortable and large with lots of extra amenities. We only stayed one night but it would be great for extended stays. Staff was friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Fitness gym was great and clean. Breakfast was average but sufficient. Would definitely stay again.

Great Brand of Marriott
I love all TownePlace Suites, by Marriott. Believe me, you'll enjoy your stay ! The food here was not very good, however
everything else is awesome. This Brand is our Go -To - Hotel in the future.

The place is clean and set up well but the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. I would expect a Marriott to spend a little more on mattresses.

We were excited to stay at this hotel as we pass through Hays often. They are listed as pet friendly, which was nice. We have a service dog and federally are allowed to take the dog anywhere we need to as it provides service for a disability. However we try to choose pet friendly hotels as to not cause any issues with other guests. From the outside, it looked updated and nice. The staff was not welcoming to us during check in. We were met with an attacking tone when my military veteren husband let the front desk know we had a service dog, in a pet friendly hotel. Immediately we were harshly asked why we had a service dog. My husband said Im a veteren and its my service dog.Then told that they needed to know exactly what the dog was needed for.I have never seen anyone be so rude about a person with a disability. My husband was shocked by her demeanor. He told her of his disability and asked if she had an issue with this. She looked to the other front desk person who asked us to sign a pet policy document. He said ok..that is fine but why am i being scrutinized? She said "we charge a fee for pets" This could have been handled much better.A disabled person should NEVER feel less than anyone else because they use an aid for their disability or mobilitally.The hotel and rooms are average and beds hard
was ok. I expected more from a Marriott. It was an average hotel with average rooms. Nothing special. The beds were hard which surprised me as most Marriott hotels have comfy beds.
