Okay for the price
I was here on business and wanted an inexpensive bed. As far as that goes it was fine. I bring my own pillow but the bed was comfortable enough. There was a lot of dust on the fan blades which I cleaned off, otherwise it seemed pretty clean. My only real complaints was with the refrigerator which was completely broken and smelled bad when I opened it to turn it on. It ever came on. This should be fixed. Microwave worked ikay but the plate did not revolve.

A good price but...
The motel is acceptable but there were problems. first, I paid a little more to have a room with a tub. The drain stopper didn't work! I plugged it with wads of plastic and had a very nice bath. The breakfast was good, however, staff did not check or refill items. On the first day there were only four instant oatmeal and two hot chocolate packets. On the second day, one oatmeal and no hot chocolate packets.

The room was clean but things I didn't like were that the heat did not seem to work (was only there 1 night) well/ at all in the room. We turned it on, but it would not seem to stay on long? Also the tile in the shower was a bit sloped and slippery. Since there were no rubber mats provided, we threw a towel in there on the floor to help prevent slipping while showering. We noted also no grab bars and a large step into the titled shower "cubicle" so if you have mobility problems - be sure to ask about rooms. Was in a quiet spot and we felt very safe there. We loved the Denny's across the street since we had fantastic service!! I would not stay here again, but it was fine for our 2 night overnight stop on our road trip.

I wish I had had warm water for a shower and/or a toilet that would flush appropriately. Plus the lady at the desk was a gem (hint the sarcasm).on the serious note though, The housekeepers were phenomenal and the sweetest humans of all time. Room was clean and it smelled so fresh and clean upon arrival. My room also liked to keep heat in it even though it was 55 outside and no heat was on in my room. I had to open my door to allow some aeration at 0300. Area safe and close to a cool burger joint and decent bars.
