Great stay breakfast great bed comfortable

We called ahead to inform of a late check in (2am) and were accommodated without a complaint. The check in process was quick and easy; staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we found a suspicious insect in our first room on the bed... We immediately called and were quickly given a new room.

The front desk staff went out of their way to find us after we had checked out and get my grandson's thermos that he had left there returned to us! Thank you!

The room was clean but we noticed an old bottle of water left in a corner....not ours. Cleaning people should be more observant or just not cleaning in the corners.

There was a woman named Michele working the desk the night we checked in (10/7/19). I was looking for a stamp and she said they do not sell any. However, later my husband passed by her desk and she called him over and gave her one of her personal stamps out of her purse in order to help me. When we asked if she had a recommendation for a place to eat, she said several people recommended one particular restaurant to her over time and so she said we may like it...and we did! Michele was gracious and helpful to us as she went over and above expectations.

Excellent service, speedy check-in and check-out. Comfy bed (if you like firm mattress.) Good breakfast but veggie sausage left something to be desired.

Great hotel. Seemingly brand new, everything was spotless. Room was great, comfortable and super clean. Smallish pool was clean and warm. Good breakfast.

Check-in was horrible!!! After being told repeatedly that it would only be a few more minutes we were sent to room 40 minutes after arriving. We entered a room and it was handicapped accessible and still had a sweeper in it!!! We went back to the desk and after about 10 more minutes were sent to a new room on a different floor. We had been in the room under an hour and kept hearing things in the hallway. Next thing we knew someone was trying to open our door! It ended up being maintenance and he was told there was something wrong with our lock. I called the front desk and was told there was a power outage and they were resetting everything. IT WAS A LIE. We were half scared to leave our room. When we did we saw whoever was in charge of housekeeping and she said she forgot they gave us that room. There was never a real appology for anything that happend at check in or with them forgetting we were in that room. I understand you can be short staffed but I also know you can be nice about it! There was no excuse for the way we were treated or the wait we had! With that said, the hotel was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning. We won't ever be back to this location and will think twice about staying in any Marriot hotel.
