Will book again- clean,modern,comfortable
Good location near Victoria, very clean and modern. Comfortable and good mini kitchen facilities including kettle. Smart layout for small room. Staff always greet with a smile, very approachable. This is 2nd Resident Hotel we have stayed in after theatre evening, rather than running to try to get train home. For us perfect balance of clean functional tasteful space - will definitely book this hotel group again.

Brilliant place to stay! Staff fantastic and super helpful. Room well appointed and comfy. Kitchenette, a real bonus!! Tube very close, M &S and eating spots too. Lovely walk past Buckingham Palace through park to Piccadilly area.

Victoria 駅から徒歩５分、Supermarketもすぐ近くに複数あって最高に便利でした。レストランも十分ありますし、治安も場所柄とても良さそうでした。 約半数の中庭側の部屋でしたので、照明をフルに点けても明るくは無いです。 シャワーの水圧は、建物の古さを考えれば仕方ないところですが、許容範囲内でした。 キチィネットと電子レンジがあるのはとても良いです。

A wonderful hotel
The staff were absolutely fantastic and made our stay really special, decorating the room for my sister’s 18th birthday with balloons, Prosecco, chocolates and a hand written card. The bed was super comfortable and the location is perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Excelente
O hotel é muito bom, limpo, silencioso. Os quartos são amplos, climatizados. A cama e roupas de cama e de banho são de boa qualidade. A localização é excelente. Fica próximo ao palácio de Buckingham. O bairro é movimentado, tem muitos restaurantes, bares e lojas.

Lodging in London
I think this will be my go to place whenever I am in London. The room was comfortable and, most importantly, had a king size bed. The hotel location is great, just across from the back of Buckingham Palace and a short walk to Victoria Station. Lots of eating establishments in the area that more than compensate for no restaurant on site.

Clean, comfortable, good for transport links
Excellent stay -staff very accommodation. Wi-Fi not as good as last time. Would’ve been nice to have been given a clear cut answer on whether or not a late checkout was available rather than the waffle 8 got and being told to check back the night before our departure. A cleaner visited every day to straighten the bed etc so moving out at 1pm (instead of 11 ) should’ve been simple t9 organize.

Hotel has a great location and quiet rooms that are of a reaonable size. I didnt use them, but I found the addition of a microwave, kettle, and refrigerator were nice to have.
