The place had such charm with the building looking like it should be in Europe somewhere with its unique design. It was tucked back in the woods on a beautiful prep school campus.
The staff were wonderful and helpful and even told
Us about the history of the place and how they decided to make the building a place for guests to stay. The rooms were clean, bed was comfy and felt like home instead of an hotel room.
Breakfast had choices of breakfast sandwiches you could heat up, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt and fresh fruit. They had an assortment of coffee, tea and hot chocolate in KCups to pick from. And some delicious homemade peanut butter that they make and sell there on campus.
If you needed the microwave or fridge it was a full size fridge that was community shared, for the 12 rooms.
The trails around the place in the woods behind it looked like they would have been fun, had we had time to explore them.
