Room is really small, location is inconvenience and so noisily, not the next door passenger but the room itself

Having arrived at the airport terminal I followed the hotels directions which were not the best but eventually found someone from the hotel who lead us to the actual hotel itself.
We checked in and found the room to be good and the bed very comfortable.
As we had been travelling all day we decided to go and have a beer at their bar which was advertised on their hotel website.
We were then informed that there was no bar where we were and that staff would take us to another part of the hotel which was near the terminal itself.
We then followed a member of staff for a few minutes walk until we arrived at an entrance manned by soldiers and police where on checking our paperwork could not decide whether we should be allowed access to the hotel.
The member of staff who lead us there clearly decided he didn’t want to get involved so we gave up and went to a bar near the terminal where we ate and had a drink.
We had very poor service from this hotel which was quite expensive and I cannot recommend this hotel

Caution to mold sensitive travelers
Customer service is excellent. Convenient location for connecting flights. My complaint is lack of ventilation and mold problems. The staff was great and understanding. I am sensitive to mold and they let me check several rooms. Some are better than others but all 4 I checked had problems. Water damage and mold. I suggested they start using hypochlorous to clean and eliminate mold. Hopefully they take thay suggestion. Having a room at the airport is great. Showers are nice, bed was comfortable and bedding was clean.

Decent but better options available
The hotel is good for the purpose it serves. I had a very short turnaround between flights so chose to stay in the terminal for convenience.
With that said it is not the most comfortable hotel, the rooms are cramped and have minimal amenities. No iron, laundry bag, ironing board, shoe polish kit,hairdryer etc is available in the room and is only available on demand.
If you have an extra half hour to spend to be able to commute to one of the nearby hotels like the Aurika, Courtyard, Novotel etc which are for a similar price but much more comfortable.

HIGHLY un recommended. Read before booking.
Appalling! Cleaning Staff were loud, reckless and disruptive between 2-4am. A time I especially needed sleep. After 3 complaints I was upgraded to premium room by the apologetic manager. This room would have been good but my entire experience and reason for staying was already ruined. I can’t understand how professional staff cannot understand or follow basic etiquette.
