Beautiful hotel, within walking distance to many restaurants and the main town. It is at the bottom of the hill so if you’re walking it is a hike up to town. My only downfall was that it is older, so you can hear the rooms above you walking and getting ready for their day, so you will not be sleeping in. I would definitely stay again.

Repeat visit

We love staying here. It was our 3rd visit in 2 months. We love the vibe, the breakfast buffet is great, we love the neighborhood. There was a snafu with the reservation- Expedia reservation for TWO rooms didn’t flow over to their reservation system, but they were able to accommodate us on a busy holiday weekend, and upgraded us to an apartment, which was great for our 3 adult children.

Nice hotel with great staff but thin walls= noisy

This is the best hotel in the area. It’s clean and safe, well located and staff is great. I’ve been here three times now and the biggest complaint I have is noise. If there’s a floor above you it may sound like the ceiling is going to fall when people stomp. You can hear “everything” the guests say and do. The Ac/heat unit is tricky to operate. But once I fall asleep I rest well on the comfortable bed. The showers are big. Parking can be a pain as the few close spaces fill fast and you end up on a street or lot. They do allow dogs.

Horrible paper thin walls

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Walls are paper thin. I heard the guest couple next door having sex at night and unfortunately heard every word. Also was on the 3rd floor and heard every single footstep from the upstairs guest. The room itself was fine though it could be updated but needless to say, I won't be staying there as I didnt sleep at all. If you want to hear every sound in your room, feel free to stay there.

We have stayed at the Niagara Crossings Hotel many times over the years. It never disappoints! Love everything about it, comfort, staff, inside and outside ambience as well as the 2nd floor balcony area.

We love staying at this property. Such a great area. Interior shows some wear and tear. Normal maintenance items like paint touch up would keep this place looking top notch.

We'd stay here again!

Hotel was in a very nice area that's convenient to Niagara Falls where we were going. The hotel itself could use some TLC but nothing major. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms a good size. Rooms themselves were very spacious. Free breakfast was very good! Free cookies at the desk were also an added perk. Staff were very nice. Parking was plentiful albeit a little disjointed but not a negative.

Not a great stay.

Unless there is no other option and it is 100% necessary to stay here, I will not be returning. The day time staff was friendly and checked us in quickly, but they seemed a bit overwhelmed(short staffed). Upon entering the room we immediately smelled sewage gas. Especially in the bathroom area. The furniture in the room was dated and most was damaged. The bed was either broken or about to be. Every little move the bed made loud noises. Flooring was bowed in multiple areas and coming up. In the early hours of the morning approx. 5:30 am. I could hear the family with children directly above us. It sounded like they were going to fall through the floor. I called the desk and also went to the main lobby and on each occasion no answer or employee. This was the third and last time staying. You are paying for location.

Location Location Location

Two night stay. No room cleaning in between or towel service. We had to get towels at front desk. The light bulb was broken in a lamp by the bed and the phone did not work as we tried calling the front desk. Went to get towels and reported the phone and lamp and was told to wiggle wire on the phone and to bring the bulb down and they would get one for us to replace it. I am not your handyman. Advice: Get a top floor or you will hear every step the guests make above you. You will also hear the floor joists creek and the guests talking. No microwave in the room but there is a mini fridge. The rooms are large in size and the mattress was just ok. The shower was fine but small. The bathroom had no fan but keep the door ajar to let the steam out. The morning breakfast was a nice surprise and had more than enough choices. You pay for the location which is outstanding. Take a walk up the hill on Center Street. Many quaint little shops and delicious restaurants. We also enjoyed a concert at Art Park which is a fantastic venue. Crossed the border too to have an afternoon in Niagara on the Lake. Attended the Peach Festival and craft fair. Location Location Location
