Checked in late (9pm) and Assigned room was not cleaned, which was terrible considering we had a baby with us and were super tired from the drive. Then new assigned room, while it was cleaned it was very dated, to the point that the AC unit covered popped off and hit my leg, leaving a bruise. Front desk was friendly and did what she could, she was kind. The next morning spoke with manager, let’s just say she was not having a great morning and it was barely 8am. I did my best to be super careful and kind but had to share my negative experience. She signed me up for rewards and gave me a a start to put towards other rewards I would earn using the app….. um thanks??? Needless to say this was not the best experience.
