The front desk area was perfect. Once you pass that it start to go down hills. I stayed on the 3rd floor. Oh, before I forget, you do not get a fresh room and linens everyday. Only if you're there more then 3 nights. Now, on the way to the 3rd floor on of the elevators sounds like it's on the last leg once it get close to the three floor. Walking down the hallway to the room, there's a funky smell. The carpet needs to be steam cleaned. There are stains everywhere. I got to the room after a long drive and wanted to take a shower. The shower head needs to be replaced. It was clogged and shooting everywhere( it's very old). The bed was comfortable or I was just dog tired. I laid down in the bed and looked towards the door. It's not secured at the bottom. Someone can slid a camera underneath the it. Put a towel there for privacy.

Short weekend trip to visit my daughter in college. Hotel was busy with sports teams playing against GSU so it was busy. We go a quiet room at the far end of the hallway and it was great. Check in was easy - Andrew was wonderful. We will stay again when we come back up

Quick and easy check in. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and accommodated our family well. Breakfast was solid for a hotel spread. Good coffee. Overall felt very clean. Will definitely be back.

I’m a Bonvoy member and am usually pleased with my stay at SpringHill suites, but we we didn’t have any warm/hot water. I do believe that the bathroom cleaning was skipped as there was dirt scum and soap scum on the spout and the shower floor. That breakfast options can be improved. The customer service staff were amazing. This was just unfortunate.
