Very run down
The hotel was very dingy and had the total ick factor. It was very run down, I got it for a friend that was in town, and after I saw it, I was embarrassed that he had to stay there. I think he stayed there one night and he said he slept on top of the bed.

DO NOT BOOK!
Did not stay. Front desk canceled before I arrived. Called front desk and never apologized for canceling and just hung up on me. Very rude and terrible customer communication.

It was very hard to communicate with the owner over the phone. When I called her to inform that the reservation was not the core t date, she said she didn't see anything and hung up on me. I called again to try and explain that I made it online and before saying another word, she hung up on me again. I call d a third time and had to be firm with her and say lady, please listen and I went on to tell her that I didn't want a reservation for Sunday but needed it for Monday and to please change it, she responded with " Lady, come and we can talk" I got my car towed and I needed a place to stay on Saturday..I got a ride there which took 30 minutes to arrive. When she got to the door I introduced myself and all she said was " well, come tomorrow" I asked her to refund the money and she said no. I was apprehensive in making this review because I know it's a family owned business and I also noticed a young man working their with the family and I don't wish for their business to not thrive for his sake but I wish she would not be so rude. I hear her yelling at another person for having woman in his room which maybe he should have know to not have guest but she yelled and told him " you just come here to f*** her and f woman. I don't think that was ok.

It was good for the price. Bed was comfortable, clean. It's an older motel so inside is older. But like I said for the price good.

Poor customer service.
Unpleasant and very poor customer service. I paid for 1 person, when I get to the motel the receptionist was so rude. She charged more for a 2 beds room. She told me if I don't want I can go somewhere else.

Nie wieder!!
Die ältere Damen am Empfang hat uns trotz Buchung den Zutritt verweigert. Es war bereits spät und wir waren müde und wollten nur noch ins Bett. Bei der Buchung gab es einen Fehler, aber anstatt uns zu helfen hat sie sich im Nebenzimmer versteckt und erst nach mehrfachem Klingeln und anrufen kam sie noch einmal ans Fenster. Sie brauchte die Kreditkarte wohl noch einmal, lies uns aber den PIN nicht in das Gerät eingeben. Stattdessen sollten wir ihr den PIN doch sagen….Nach langem hin und her hat sie dann unsere - bezahlte!!!- Buchung akzeptiert. Das Zimmer selbst war in einem schlechten Zustand und WiFi mussten wir erfragen- hat dann aber letztlich nicht funktioniert. Wir raten dringend von einem Aufenthalt in diesem Motel ab!!!
